We were at Santarem hotel when by a baptism party, food quite good, service ok, only parking facilities could be better. Rooms are big. The view from the hotel and sun set is quite nice. I did not sleep.

Had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel. Rather a walk into town but views from the hotel make up for it. Renovations occurring at present but don't affect guests that we noticed. A few cafes and restaurants nearby but hotel food is good and well priced.

One would need a car but great place and easy to get to Lisboa and all other towns... Distance to Faro beaches and surrounding 2 hrs same as going to Southend on sea or Brighton for the day doable journey. Food cheaper when you can speak local language but one can't even say it's expensive and never buy 3 dishes...

This hotel is signed 'Hotel' at the roundabout into the newer area of Santorem so easy peasy!. Decent rooms. Breakfast a little disappointing due to lack of fresh juice. It's a bit of a walk from the more interesting old town, but handy from the motorway. One of the main roads into Santorem is closed at present so you have...

Clean, big rooms with helpful staff. Ok for a business trip stay. Breakfast is ok, and it was a comfortable bar, although the food offering in the restaurant can be greatly improved. It is well located and within walking distance to some restaurants.

This hotel needs an update... For a business trip it's okay, but pricey. Rooms are noisy. The location however (on top of a hill overviewing Taag river) is spectacular. During my stay the wifi was not working correctly. Staff is friendly.

Stayed with a large group of friends in October 2015. We arrived after walking 33km from Azambuja and the hotel was just the ticket (although the walk up the hill to the hotel was tough..!) The lobby is large comfortable and inviting. Rooms were large and ours had a fantastic view across the Tejo valley. Some of the lads used...

I liked the size of the suite , the hotel's view to the outside. On the higher floors we can have a spectacular view. No noise around the hotel. Ok for a family weekends. The hotel's conservation status could be better.

Nice and very clean hotel with good areas. Nice breakfast and the food was acceptable. Every morning from 9am a lot of noise from the cleaning ladies, can't understand why they need to slam all doors...but okay. Never the less the hotel is cozy and nice.
