This hotel provides a pleasant retreat from the dynamic stream of people, busses and taxies that make up this holiday paradise. Our room (C 308) was perfect. The view was grand and the inventory would have been sufficient for us to have stayed for any length of time. The pool area was extremely well-kept, with plenty of reclining chairs for...

Spacious rooms. The shower system was idiotic. Much water on the floor. Much shadow in pool area, but ok we did not have the best weather. Especially one woman in the poolarea shop was so unfriendly that we did not want to use Our Money there. I complained to Ving and had a bottle of wine and an excuse. Good...

Traveled with two kids. Hotel was good. Rooms were really big, nice balcony and kitchen with sufficient utensils. Swimming pool did seem to be quite cold in December and hardly anyone was swimming - except us, although was a bit of a shock-pool experience. Wifi was for an extra charge of 25 euros per week for two devices. That did...

We visited Los Alisios in beginning of November in 2016 and we were very unsatisfied with our stay. In the presentation it was stated that this was a 4 star hotel, which was more of a 2 star hotel. We booked breakfast for the whole week and skipped the all inclusive part which we are very glad for. The breakfasts...

Dear guest, We regret very much that you have not been happy staying with us and especially that we did not meet your approval and expectations regarding several issues. Just to point out that our guests usually are delighted with the choice of breakfast we service. As for the doors, we do not quite understand what you mean. All our...

Friendly staff. Spacious and clean apartments. Location is a bit off but a stroll to walk off the good spanish food doesn´t hurt. Breakfast is sufficient. The poolarea is in the shadow until noon. The hotelarea is gated so no one gets in without a roomkey which feels good.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very quiet hotel with mainly French families staying here. All the entertainment was in French and there wasn't much but it didn't bother us anyway. The food was good, the room was lovely and very modern, and we did have a pool and a sea view room from the 3rd floor. The...

The apartments were very nice, although we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, housekeeping kept a high standard and and a smile to the pool bar staff when ordering always returned a smile. There are stairs absolutely everywhere you look in the hotel and pool area, so if you need...

Nice, big and clean rooms. Lovely pool area and friendly and helpful staff. Little bit away from the main strip, but within walking distance of everything. Perfect for a family holiday! Would stay again
