Tomorrow, 26/3/17, we will be leaving this hotel to return to UK. Must say its been a great holiday! One of the main things that have made it so good has been the staff. Most hotels have reasonable staff but here they certainly go the extra mile. The transfer didn't take long from Arrecife airport and first impressions of hotel...

We have just returned from our second visit to this hotel and to be honest it needs a revamp as quickly as possible. Although I have to say that the staff are excellent, that is not a good enough reason for people to keep returning to the Coronas Playa. The rooms and General look of the hotel need dragging into...

This was our third visit to this hotel and I have to say it will be our last. the food was very average this time and not always as hot as it should have been. This year you couldn't sit outside and enjoy the sunshine whilst eating your meal which was very disappointing, they blamed it on insufficient staff, that...

Just returned from 10 days in this Hotel which is definitely not 4 Star. No toiletries in Bathroom only liquid Soap Dispenser. Food very cheaply sourced and poorly presented and the whole Restaurant experience very 'freaky' with a female Maitre d' who greeted all with fond embraces whether she knew you or not - and the sloppy Scrambled Egg most...

We booked a Sea view suite to celebrate a special birthday. The first impression given off by the peeling paintwork on the door proved a sign of things to come. We were subjected to the constant barking and howling of a dog in the private property next door. Perhaps this was not the hotel's fault, but the nauseating smell of...

Don't get me wrong, this is a very pleasant hotel that caters very well indeed for its clientele who are almost entirely British with an age range of about 60-80, many of whom return year after year. They're in a comfortable rut, and there's nothing wrong with that. They know what to expect, and they get it every time. My...

Well what a great start to our holiday. The transfer time from the airport was 30 mins and we arrived at a fantastic looking hotel. We had booked a sea view suite (there are only 6 of them) and when we arrived in reception we had a glass of sparkling wine handed to us. We had gone all inclusive deluxe...

Food good plenty of choice certainly no need to go hungry. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday then I would highly recommend, guests are older and a lot of them...

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, especially the resturant staff. We visited in March and arrived in eceptional 27 degree heatwave! During our visit the guests were mainly in the over 60's age group so we found the hotel a little quite for us being young at heart in our 50's although this didn't stop us meeting some lovely Brits which...
