A nice hotel: lovely pool and generally good service, with an unfortunate exception. Our room was comfortable and immaculately cleaned daily by a welcoming and friendly person. The food provided in the half board package was acceptable but not wonderdul, We enjoyed the buffet on Greek night, but wondered why the typically Greek food, eg calamari was only served once...

I've only recently returned from a holiday to Kos and a 7 night stay at the Aegean Village. Having seen the review from NikkiB83, I felt it necessary to actually 'stick up' for the hotel a bit and actually question some of the things that she has written about it. Plus, wanted to give my own view on what it...

Choosing the Aegean Village Hotel was the best thing I have done this year. Situated 15 minutes walk or 4 minutes in a bus / taxi from Kardamena centre, it is close enough to the nightlife without any of the noisy drawbacks. The hotel itself is made up of lots of little villa-style blocks, each containing 4-8 rooms. These are...

This Hotel has got a lot going for it, we stayed for 1 week in August and had a really good time overall. The hotel itself is hard to fault, all rooms have been recently renovated and are well decorated with flatscreen TVs and very effective air conditioning. The rooms are cleaned and the towels were changed daily. Meals are...

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and have never written a review before. But after arriving back in London yesterday I felt the need to write my experience down here. Before I booked the hotel I spent a lot of time on tripadvisor looking at reviews. Most of which were really pleasant to read. The hotel IS a...

Aegeanvillage, Guest Relations Manager at Lagas Aegean Village, responded to this review

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review on Trip Advisor. All reviews and experiences regarding the Aegean Village are more than welcome, but when inaccurate and false comments are made about our property then we feel the need to wrtie a management response to rectify the false information. Therefore, 1) Kardamena's night life is mainly targetted at younger persons, but...

I have done numerous and extensive business travels in my life and have also been to Greece a number of times both for business and leisure. As you probably know the general level of hotel (and especially the plumbing) in Greece is not the same as e.g. in UK or USA. Aegean Village however is I would say practically as...

The Aegean Village is really a lovely hotel. Set in a quiet location 15 mins walk from Kardamena. Rooms are beautifully clean as is the rest of the hotel. The food is overall fine considering the price of the stay and the number of guests catered for. My daughter and I spent the week at the beach rather than around...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 days, and we loved it!!!!! We were nervous when we first got off the plane as the coach dropped people off and really grotty looking hotels on the way to the Aegean Village, we were really worried what the hotel would be like, but do not worry!! It was beautiful! It was...

I have just recently come back from Aegean Village and had excellent time. Although my travel agent had sold me the holiday package as all inclusive and on arrival we found out it was half board. Initially this was great shock to me but it was nothing to do with the hotel itself more so the travel agent Fleetway. The...
