We have just returned from The Bitzaro Palace hotel after 7 days of good food fantastic service & friendly staff. This was our second visit to the Palace and it is better than last year with having had a new decked area around the pool along with a load of new sunbeds and a jacuzzi. The room we stayed in...

Returned for our annual trip at then end of May to find a total transformation had taken place over the winter. Gone were the tiles around the pool and in place some nice quality decking and the addition of a jacuzzi. Will be interesting to see how the decking fares in such heat as it was already showing signs of...

Upsides: cleanliness, staff friendliness, pool area, tasty and readily available drinks, walking distance to Kalamaki "town" and beach Downsides: food choice (not many vegetarian options, every day the same breakfast, not once was there fresh fish served), no Wifi in our room, just one English TV channel, our room was quite small and dark

Just returned from 2 lovely relaxing weeks. Had a wonderful room on 3rd floor overlooking the gardens and pool. Staff were brilliant and always helpful and friendly. Lovely location close enough to the town centre and beach for easy walking but quiet. Superb choice of food and drinks - hard to see how they can provide such good value when...

The Bitzaro Palace is a very clean hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet hotel, no rowdy groups or young children. It's more adult orientated - I believe families go to the sister hotel Bitzaro Grande Hotel where I am told they are better catered for. The food was excellent, well presented buffet style, much better than expected....

My family and I had a week here for May half-term and did have a lovely time. The wonderful Petra made sure that we were accommodated together as we were a party of 6 and my son was staying next door with my in-laws. This really is a lovely, small, friendly hotel and the staff can't do enough to make...
