The Rosa Morada is a good hotel and should satisfy most people who visit Tlaquepaque. Our room was enormous for two because we book at the last minute and it was the only one left. We arrived from Ajijic by bus and took a cab from the Antigua Central Camionera to the hotel which was about a 20 minute ride...

Can't say enough good about this place, even wanting to keep it to ourselves. We arrived in the rain, after a very long bus ride. Alfredo greeted us with two cold beers. We stayed in room #3 --- a King deluxe, with a four-poster bed, with the curtains. Very romantic. Bed and pillows were fairly comfortable Alfredo continued to be...

Great place as the location is within walking distance of the many shops & cathedrals etc. Only 15 minutes from the Tonala bus depot and all the shops in Tonala. We had a booking problem when we used Hoteles.com but the staff at the B & B handled everything very professionally and it wasn't even their problem. We felt very...

Only a few rooms, along a longish passageway. Plants, humming bird feeders, table & chairs outside rooms. Very clean rooms, with comfortable canopy bed and ceiling fan. Comforter wasn't of much use in this climate. Chubby pillows...so bring your own if you're a tummy sleeper (they lent me a small cushion to use). Good variety of breakfasts to choose from...

Stayed one night. Arrived to a complimentry cold beverage of my choice. My room was huge with an amazing soaking tub I would have used if I had more time. Very quiet and gorgeous garden with seating. Excellent breakfast! The chef was our waiter as well and most likely why he was not the most pleasant man. The breakfast service...

It was a nice experience to stay in the Rosa Morada Hotel. It is just a block from the heart of Tlaquepaque. I like this old colonial architecture. They help me to get transportation to go to Guadalajara. The people that works there really care about the guests.

We had an overnight stopover here on our way to the coast. The location is fantastic as it is walking distance to the Main Street and lots of cafés and restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff were helpful.

Location is the best in Tlaquepaque, staff speak great English, breakfasts are terrific, beds are comfortable, good towels, hairdryer. Only minor wish would be for better amenities; next time I will bring my own shampoo, body lotion, soap. But certainly this is a minor issue. Travel to Guadalajara twice a year on business and have stayed in a number of...
