I was GRANDPAcking in Malapascua for 11 nights. I stayed my first night at the Blue Water Beach Resort and decided not to stay any longer. I spent 1 day walking around the island looking at all of the beaches, resorts, and prices. I was there at the end of the season, so all hotels were starting to discount their...

We stayed in BCBR for 8 days and really enjoyed our stay. There are different types of rooms available. Best choice are the balcony rooms! Diving centers on a few minutes distance: We recommondate for courses Blue Water, especially their Instructor Brian. They serve a excellent free breakfast. The staff - also the Manager Sonya - is friendly and helpful.

Booked a room with a patio thru hotels.com weeks ahead, only to be told they have no room for me. No apologies were given for the inconvenience -- only took me 12 hours to get there, and a good walk, under intense heat, from where the boat docked. (There were foreigners who just got a room with a view extended...

I had one of the bungalow rooms, which were large and very comfortable. Air conditioning is not standard, while there is an AC in the room, this needs to...

A full range of room types from semi-luxury air-con rooms on the top floor, to one room bungalows on a more budget side. The rooms are clean and neat and cleaned every day. The free breakfast was more food than I could handle and all the staff was super friendly and nice. The bar cabana that juts out is the...

The location of this hotel is ideal and some rooms have a beautiful balcony view of sunrise or sunset across the bay. The room was serviced daily to a high standard. Breakfast was included and choices such as cereal with fruit, pancakes, hot breakfast and Filipino breakfast were on offer. We really enjoyed the kind hospitality of the staff who...
