This "resort" belongs to the city hall. Unacceptable security, (no security at all) and poor customer service! My car got broken into and all my personal documents and passport were stolen. Very little personal. Stay at your own risk...

I stay with my kids for a weekend and the experience was just ok. The customer service was not very friendly. The room cleaning was poor and not daily. The pool is fantastic though and clean. I don't think we stay there again.

They only provide this very small coffee machine for your first night. Definitely not a Keurig, don't bring pods. The Brasas Restaurant is good for a good morning cup of coffee, but its very expensive for dinner, but hey, you're on vacation, I tried it the first night. I brought my own coffee and filters, the small ones.
A really nice restaurant thats reasonable and you can enjoy the PR ambiance and good food is in Hatillo, you would make a right at the resorts entrance (west), its called El Truco de Guin. Also, it's weird, but we really enjoyed the Dennys in Arecibo, they have ocean front seating. In the evening a really cool full service bar in their ocean front seating area. Enjoy!
