I bought a voucher which gave us a discount. The apartment was about 20 years old and great for the family as we didn't have to watch our children's every move. The apartment was very comfortable, our children enjoyed the spa and pool. The staff at the reception were very friendly. I would highly recommend sailfish cove for people who...

We have just arrived back from 5 nights stay and the townhouse we stayed in was on the canal. Highly recommending paying to stay on the canal. Loved having a lock up garage and the accommodation is surprisingly spacious for a family of 4. Staff were all friendly and we ate in the restaurant and the meals and coffee were...

We checked in at the school holidays and found out that this place was beyond repair....filthy oven, ants crawling on the kitchen, carpets were stained and no air conditioning on the main bedroom....to top it off only one tv downstairs. This place is overrated....those people who gives excellent comments must have a share in this resort because half of them...

Booked our deal months in advance. For our Xmas holiday. Was like "Fawlty Towers" they have no idea about customer service. Their communication is shocking, ring the after hrs line as there was no reception available when you check-in. They gave us the wrong room. We didn't get a place to sleep until 9pm. Only after waiting for them to...

We just had 7days here and it was very nice. The rooms are a good size and it was nice and clean. We was right on the canal and it was lovely sitting out the back in the sun. Doing some fishing too. The Angela cove cafe was great yummy food and a good price. The staff in the office...

Our family admittedly got a ' deal ' to stay here when we arrived the house allotted to us was big and on he canal, but the place was run down, dirty, holes in the walls, it reminded me of a bad student house. No matter what the price ( and it wasn't that cheap ) this place was a...

A great place to stay, two large pools and the resort is gated. As Sailfish Cove is in Mermaid Waters you either need to hire a car to get around or familiarize yourself with the bus timetable. Angela's Cove Cafe is great! The meals are outstanding, great value and the service is fantastic.

Make sure you eat at Angela's Cove Cafe! Best food, service and value ever! We are a family of six so do find it a challenge to eat restaurant quality meals at a reasonable price but this was fantastic. Accommodation- The rooms are a good size, could do with a make over and thorough clean (especially the carpets) but all...

I had a 3 bedroom townhouse (two bathrooms, one lock up garage, one outside though I didn't need the garages, a balcony). Quite a few families staying here on a more permanent basis. Some people left their garage doors open and you easily see that they were packed with stuff. Other people had put up nice curtains. Positives Staff were...
