I totally recommend this place to everyone and anyone this place is a down to earth Hard-working Australian owned family Business that we need to support. Rooms and apartments are spotlessly clean they cater to any and every pet parking is amazing smack bang in the middle of any sort of food you desire. Vicki the manager is bloody hilarious and always good for a laugh when she's not running around making sure all guest have everything they need. One of the owners Justin nicest fella going around gets in and cleans guests room Hard-working hands Australian family business. Stayed in expensive 5 star accommodation before they dont come near the level on comfort this place does. If you want accommodation with everything recommend the 2 bedroom apartment they are huge comes with everything massive balcony and room to throw the ball around for my dogs. Totally recommend this place dont go to surfers doesn't have the access to amazing food around it that this location has residents are friendly and owners and staff make your stay memorable. Book a week or a month like I do take your pets and family you won't regret it my favourite accommodation on the Gold coast they need to franchise this accommodation throughout Australia would stay at all of them

Stayed for 2 nights with our dog. Vicki was very welcoming and friendly. Hotels.com didn’t respond to emails, phone or Facebook and we were unable to travel, due to government restrictions, for our initial booking. Called Jadran motel directly and Vicki put our mind at ease, just delaying our arrival until restrictions were lifted. The motel is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and numerous cafes. It was lovely that bowls, bedding, a ball and biscuit were left for our dog. So thoughtful. Everything is provided at a very reasonable cost. Next time I’ll book directly, not through a third party.

Adding to all the other positive reviews with mine. We have 2 apartments between us with 3 adults and 2 children. Plus dogs.
This place is clean, comfortable and the beds are great. I prefer this ie more traditional older style apartments with big rooms, opening windows, real balconies and real keys and carports not underground parks . Big family fridge, cooktop and microwave and toaster provided Vicki the friendly onsite manager was wonderful and found me a cancellation when I phoned and wanted to join the family at short notice.
Spotlessly clean bbq area next to the pool which we have used constantly.
The traffic noise disappears when the windows/ doors are shut . The pool is sparkling clean and has heaps of pool toys but is not over-chlorinated and our kids love it .
Great aircon .
My only niggle is the wifi which currently at capacity holiday period is patchy in both apartments.

We stayed on Australia Day long weekend. Had a 1 bedroom apartment booked, and were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. We had our small dog with us and she was catered for very well also with a doggy bed, bowl and dog biscuit, and sheets and rug to cover furniture etc if required.
The apartment was clean and had the standard amenities for our stay.
Few minutes walk to the Broadwater, and other cafe's restaurants,or a 10-15 minute walk to the Broadwater Parklands.

We needed pet friendly accommodation and Jadran Motel sure was pet friendly. A pet bed, bedding, clean bowls and even a treat in the bowl made our dog feel very welcome. The room was very clean and had everything we required. The accommodation is close to restaurants and 1 block from the Broadwater. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you Vicki.

The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and if you have a enquiry that they cannot answer they will find out the answerers for you. They will also handle all your theme park booking"s if requested,The room was fresh and tidy,Beds were made so nicely with the triple sheeting and are very comfortable to sleep in.Everything was clean,Information folder was put together with lots of valuable information about restaurant's and cafe's.Lots of brochures with whats available to do while staying in Labrador. The pool was clean and just the right temperature for a late afternoon swim.The BBQ was really clean and anything you need to cook your meals on is available for you to use.i.e oil,spray and servettes as well as BBQ utensils.We will be back to take advantage of the warm welcome offered my the owners.

The rooms were very clean with lots of thoughtful kitchen things for us to do our cooking. The beds were very comfy with almost no traffic noise seeping into the rooms.
The staff very friendly. Our largish dog was no problem for the staff to accommodate.
The lead free beach is only 1 short walk away.
We have booked to return.

The room was the cleanest and spacious motel room I have ever stayed in.
The convenience of having my car undercover and with direct entry to the room was a plus, as well as the room location on the ground floor resulting in ease of carrying luggage and swift, welcoming access to the much appreciated pool.

Stayed for 1 night, a compact older complex of mixed residents and guests. To note for arrival: The entrance is a little tight to get in with parked cars, on a somewhat busy road and the office is at the back of the property.
The road didn’t really cause us any noise concern though. There’s a small adequate pool at the front of the property which served us nicely. Our Room A at the front of the building had a car space directly at the door which was handy.
Amenities were adequate, tea/coffee and milk is supplied along with towels and soaps. We stayed during heat wave (28c +) and felt the air con struggled a little.
Would only suggest some fresh window dressings for our room. Being on the ground floor and getting them closed well from prying eyes was a small challenge.

Received great service and a warm welcome from staff. Even when my luggage never made it on my flight, I could message the motel and they let me know when received and even ran my delayed luggage to my room after hours. Comfy sleep
