Pre-communication as from booking was good and fast replies. We arrived over a weekend when the front desk was closed, tho confused at first on how to book in the after hours check in was easy. The unit was older, but in good condition. The views we had over looked the water towards Runaway Bay and were stunning. Be aware that some units have adjoining bathroom to the bedrooms. Only down side was that there was only 1 lift working and over the weekend, there was long waits and at times you'd have to wait again due to the number of people in the lift.

Please do not stay. Absolutely filthy, tired, mouldy. A Current Affair eat your heart out. We couldn’t believe what we walked into although price should have indicated. Nothing like the images online. Customer service zero.

To be honest, we did not expect anything going there. We booked this place through Wotif and we literally just needed a place to sleep, knowing we would spend our time out and about in Surfers Paradise, thus, needing a place just to sleep at night time. When we got there, we were absolutely amazed by the little apartment that we rented for the weekend (we were a group of 4 - 2 couples). It had an amazing view on the Nerang river, a lovely balcony, the amenities were very clean and spacious. Very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cooktop, a fridge and also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. We just could not believe that we would be having such a great space for the weekend. It made us so comfortable and was a good feeling coming back at the end of the day to relax. The best thing about this accommodation is the Pool area. The pool is heated at the end of the day and the temperature is just awesome! The spa is terrific! The hot and bubbly water makes it just perfect to end the day with! Would really recommend this place. It is very close to surfers paradise and it is just perfect for a simple, relaxing holiday!

The room was for 5 days and when I arrived was not the room I requested. Could not shower as the cold tap was frozen! The room had most likely been vacant for weeks! The plastic chairs on the deck were stacked and were dirty and also the table with coffee stains. There was a smell coming out of an open drain in the laundry. I asked for a room on one level up as my friend was there - none available but they were as my friend checked. The noise level at night from the pool below and the hoons driving along the road spoiled the whole experience. I have tried to call many times but always goes to voice mail. I have written with no response. There appears to be no management on site. I would not recommend it. I paid $109 for an inferior room to my friend who paid $99 per night.
