Springbrook Mountain Chalet 5 is what dreams are made of. Set away from the other 4 chalets, you have your own private rainforest to chill out and relax in. The sound of the birds, king parrots in the trees and the sound of rain on the roof (rain not guaranteed) was delightful. If your looking to get off the grid for a while and just be surrounded by nature, this is the spot. Sitting on the back balcony, you can hear the odd car off on the distant road that leads to Springbrook but other than that it is total nature sounds. The Chalet itself is excellent. Plenty of room for large family or a few couples. Spa was 37 degrees and very nice, the light that lights up the trees outside was a nice touch while using spa at night. Kitchen has everything you’d need. We forgot cooking oil but in the cupboard was cooking spray in can. Nice in-house movie selection. Views from every window. You will never have a better view while washing the dishes in your entire life. Main bed was comfortable and very clean. It looks as though new carpet has been laid not so long ago. Space for 2 cars out front if needed. The whole time we were there I only saw one car drive past the front of our chalet. Will totally be back for longer very soon

Recently had the pleasure of having a little getaway to Springbrook Mountain Chalets, I’m not usually one for leaving reviews but would be more than happy to after our stay. Firstly the staff are so down to earth and friendly which made us feel so welcomed. The property itself speaks for itself as you’re nestled in amongst a beautiful national park backdrop with king parrots and rosellas giving it an amazing feel. The cabins were very clean and had a hot tub facing the forest which was amazing and to top it off the staff had prepared the in room fireplace to nestle down next to and enjoy yourself 10/10 loved this place!

Very well maintained facilities. The chalets are fully equipped and the television is loaded with movies. We were there in winter time so it is quite cold but the cabins have wood fired heaters. And the good thing is you don't have to chop the wood. The chalet we had was equipped with a jacuzzi, very nice when it's cold. The surrounding forest offers a lot of high lights and most of then within a short distance from the road. If you like walking, also long trails are available.

We had an amazing three nights! What a special place. It was a lovely and quiet and other guests were also quiet and respectful. Friendly and helpful managers. Lovely fresh rainforest air and amazing beautiful bird life. It was so nice that we were provided with firewood and some bird seed. So glad we came across this place in our google search for rainforest retreats. It was exactly what we hoping for. Clean chalet full of warmth and character. You really feel like you're one with the rainforest. This is a nature lover's paradise. Thank you.

We loved our chalet (number 2). Paul and Sharon did a wonderful job - our cabin was meticulously clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. There are lovely walks in very short proximity - both short and long. The birds visiting our bird seeder holder was a wonderful addition.

Chalet 4 is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful wooden cabin with lovely log fire to keep warm. So beautiful having the wild birds coming down to the verandah, lovely to sit and watch them. Kitchen is small but has everything you need for a weekend. It is a three level cabin, the bottom level has the spa and it can get a bit cold down there with no heating. Things that could be improved, but still a wonderful place to stay - the bed needs an upgrade, plenty of space for a king size and needs a new comfortable mattress. The bathroom needs a facelift, really showing it’s age. Hard drive movies need updating!

A wonderful stay just me and my wife. The rooms where lovely and smelt of nature!!! There was a wood fire (which I struggled with as it wasn’t clear how the flu worked) but everything else was lovely. Spa right by the kitchen ( I know what your thinking but it works!) bedrooms upstairs and privacy off the balcony upstairs. Would return again. Lots of wildlife so bring your camera

If you love nature this is the place for you. Situated in the national park this is fantastic accomodation. Very comfortable . Well equiped . We stayed for 5 nights. Wished we had stayed 2 weeks. Paul and Sharron were great hosts . Provided us with all the information we needed. We will go again when it is possible. Has a spa downstairs . Also has wildlife just outside the windows.

The chalets are situated in the middle of a rainforest. Each chalet is unique and totally isolated from the other chalets. We had the chalet with the spa which was such a treat after spending all day walking. The chalets are kept spotless by Paul and Sharon
