We have stayed on the gold coast on a regular basis for 10 years and I wish I had stayed here!
For a start, speak or email with Deb directly. She is so lovely and will guide you with the apartment best suited to your needs. She offers a wonderful personal experience without encroaching on your privacy.
The apartment we stayed in was amazing! Top end from start to finish. It had just been renovated and offered everything needed. Beds are so comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets if required.
The location would have to be the very best on the coast, you can practically touch the water from your deck.
It was just the two of us but this is the best every spot to bring the kids. BBQs, fantastic pool & spa and an easy space to supervise.
You will not be able to beat the customer service, location and amenities. Thankyou Deb & Gary

After researching the Palm Beach area for the right accomodation, Surfers Horizon is perfect for us. A hop, step and a jump and you’re on the beach that’s not swamped with people. Great pool & spa. The apartments have everything you require and are very comfortable, we enjoyed chilling out on the balcony enjoying the view especially the storm activity. Thank you Deb & Gary for your hospitality, we will be back

You can't beat this beachfront location! So peaceful to listen to the waves from your balcony and watch the surfers in action. We spent 3 weeks here and found it so relaxing. The onsite managers are welcoming and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of room. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Thanks for a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

Thank goodness for the beach.... I can honestly say I have never been more disgusted in all my life. We booked a 3 bedroom penthouse through booking.com and after viewing photos were super excited, that was until the moment we checked in. I guess this establishment is more than happy to take your money and then expect guests to sleep on beds that are quite literally broken, sleep on bedding with blood stains, or in rooms with bloodied snot rubbed on the walls, get stuck in bathrooms and bedrooms because the doors don't function properly, falsely advertise the standard of the rooms on offer, require guests with hay fever or allergies, to arrive fully stocked with antihistamine due to years of built up dust. I could go on and on, management felt as though it was ok to tell me that the lack of bedding we ended up with, was for me to chase a cleaner for!?! Really, that was really my job? All I can say is, I will never recommend this place, not will I ever be senseless enough to give them another dollar of mine. Everything from the stench when you opened the door, to the state of the room, to the attitude of management was simply disgusting and I was mortified I took my family there.

We stayed here recently with some family and were very disappointed. Obviously being right on the beach you can understand that there is going to be some corrosion and salt spray but we wish that was all there was. The tv didnt work and we both got electrocuted (not badly just a small zap) while unplugging it from the power. The whole apartment was wet, literally everything was damp including the beds etc. Apparently they had some flooding or something the few days prior but still decided to let us stay there. There was also sand in all the beds. Not trying to be picky but the pillows were extremely hard I had to get a cushion from the lounge.
After complaining they moved us to another room it was definitely better but not that much. It was still quite damp, corrosion everywhere and also the toilet was not clean.
I wouldnt recommend staying here unless you really dont care about conditions and you love the beach as the location is amazing right on the beach with nothing in front of you. Maybe if everything wasnt damp then it wouldnt be so bad.

What a great location in Palm Beach - nearer to Coolangatta than Surfers Paradise, so nice and quiet, but close enough to get to everything.

The rooms are maybe a little budget, but at the price excellent value. We could sit in the living room and look out across the pool to the beach. there is a small spa on the side of the pool too.

I don't even like swimming in the sea, but it is a beautiful vista. No air condtioning but fans in every room. Barry the manager is very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We had a great 4 days.

Terrible room quality with barely working door knobs, loose railings, Air-con that dose not work and mold infested walls. Management is absolutely two faced and all they are out for is money. They will happily lie about anything they can to keep what ever money you gave them. I'd recommend a soggy cardboard box sitting in a gutter over this place any day.

My family stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Heated pool and Spa are a bonus when weather is not great making the place enjoyable all year round. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment over two levels each with own peaceful balcony overlooking pool and beach. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out. Well catered for having all cooking and appliances that you need. centrally located for easy commute from Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise. Love it will return.

A little bit of nostalgia as my wife's family used to stay here for 10 weeks every year.
Unit 2 had been completely renovated and had beautiful views of the beach.
We loved leaving the doors open and listening to the waves (Very relaxing).
There was some building going on behind but was no problem. A nice stroll to the Barefoot Barista for breakfast or a fantastic butcher next door to enjoy the spotless Barbeque area. Pool and spa area very welcoming. No problem with WiFi as used hotspot on phone and did all my business dealings in beautiful surroundings. The Managers Gary and Debbie were extremely helpful and a delight to chat with. Would definitely return in a heartbeat unfortunately work gets in the way.
