Such an amazing location walking distance from restaurants, cafes, bakery etc and the beach. Had a 1 bedroom unit it was a good size and comfortable yes air con was in the lounge area but sleeping with the door open works fine. Surprisingly quiet considering the amount of units and backing in to service area of restaurants. Block out curtains would be good the the bedroom as the vertical blinds are aging. Underground parking down fall is getting up from the car park through many stairs but on leaving parking on the street and using a side gate was a lot easier. The whole complex is Secure with key fob locks for all gates and doors. The pool was lovely and spa was amazing. Overall a great stay and definitely stay again

It was quite nice in a garden setting but the checkin process was disconcerting.

They took photos of the front and back of the driver's licence, maybe they should let people know what they do with this information.

Otherwise, you get a fully equipped kitchen and there are plenty of restaurants around.

We were greeted by manager in an aggressive way at first which started the whole experience off badly. We got into our room between 1800 - 1900 as we were held up arriving to find the reception had closed at noon.
Room was ok just not clean yet the instructions for room said we are required to clean room before leaving otherwise a charge will be applied. Found we were missing pillow cases.
The main bathroom smelt like a dirty locker room even when window was left open all day.Toilet and other plastic items in bathroom where very marked like they were breaking down.
Parking can be an issue when the short term spots are occupied by cars for days at a time and not moved. Considering the spots are for guests I did not understand why these spots even existed.
The main bedroom had an enclosed section outside to hang clothes. This also had the aircon unit for the office which instead of being plumbed into drain leaked water all on ground. This meant you would have to wear shoes and tracked water back onto the marked carpets from what looked like flooding in the past.
We went to enjoy the spa and saw it was timed at 15 minutes. This was no issue as we were going to take in turns every 15 minutes (as posted on sign) to restart. We were lucky to get 5 minutes so the novelty ended quickly.
Poor cable work for tv's means the Foxtel is poor quality but that was ok as we only ran that after we had been out all day and were winding down.

Place smells of cigarettes and mould. There is no air conditioning in bedroom. Only in separate living room 30 feet away. Building is not accessible as there is no elevator. Unit is advertised as hotel but is individual apartments rented out and they are not all in the same condition. I requested a refund the moment I saw the unit bedroom did not have air conditioning and was hot. The property manager declined and suggested me and my spouse sleep on the sofa in the living room. I’m still trying to get a refund as we ended up leaving to book another actual hotel that night. I have zero idea how this building is rated 4 stars as several others have similar complaints.

Fabulous location! 1 to 2 min walk to both the gorgeous beach and casual surf club, and in the other direction to restaurant strip with numerous options to eat and enjoy a nice cocktail plus a few boutique shops to browse.
Clean quiet and roomy apartment, nice pool, easy parking.
Plan to stay again here soon and will likely be our go-to spot on the GC!!

I stayed for a week and was very impressed with condition of apartment and facilities. I stayed here also 2 years ago and place was looking dated, new Managers have turned the place around, amazing.....same price as before which is great value. Apartment including shower and kitchen spotlessly clean, l am quite fussy but couldn't fault it.
Only negative was having to walk from car park (underground) up stairs to the apartment, but Manager helped me with my bags so wasn't so bad.
Pool and gardens in 5 star shape, very relaxing place, nice short walk to beach was nice each day.
Highly recommend, am coming back in December

We were very disappointed with our accomodation. We were allocated room 28 when we arrived. This room was soooo not what we expected. The carpets in the lounge had huge stains (the first thing you saw as you entered) The bedroom had food. or something, inground in the carpet. The towel rail fell off the wall when we went to move the towel (this was fixed) The fridge had a broken shelf which was cellotaped together. The couch was just worn out. When we used the washing machine it stopped part way through. The soap holder in the shower was full of soap scum. We never complain but this was ridiculous. We were moved to another room but even this was disappointing even though it was much better than our first room. The couch was broken and had gib board under the squabs to keep it together. The bedroom sliding doors leaked and we had to put towels down every day to soak up water. The deck chairs were so old and grey looking that they were uninviting. There was no oven tray so we ended up buying some tin foil trays to use in the oven. We are just so upset about the whole deal.. If these people want to rent out their apartments they should keep them in a good condition. We just couldnt recommend this accomodation to anyone. If we would have known what we were getting we would have paid more money for better accomodation. We did get this accommodation on special but the non special rate was high so we expected a good deal.

This could have been a nice place to stay if it was maintained properly. Looks good from the outside, and close to the beach and shops & restaurants. We were disappointed with the condition of the unit. Gaping hole in bedroom flyscreen. Flyscreen in bathroom filthy and ripped. No exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet/laundry. Vertical blinds in bedroom broken, with missing segment - and with no curtains it was light all night from street lighting. Main front view/patio door was very dirty. Generally scuff marks and dirt on most walls. The main seat in the lounge was poxy - all the vinyl had flaked off the artificial leather material. Areas of stain on the carpet, and stale smell througout the unit. Handle missing off bathroom cupboard. This was only listed as a 3 star unit, and with a bit of work it could again be good value - but not this time!

Very dissappointed this place looked really nice in the photos but in the units all the walls were filthy and the floor was dirty. Looks like this place wasn't even cleaned before we got here . The fridge was disgusting. The outdoor dining was all mouldy and dirty.
