Firstly the amenities and staff are great, but sadly with this being our third visit in 4 years it was our worst. It started when we arrived and the fruit and vege bin was broken and the air conditioner would only go very cold. The next morning and the first shower and there is mould on the walls and all...

Our kids hadst much fun. We have stayed 2 times. 1st time 2 bed. 2nd time 2bed superior. Superior worth upgrade as furniture is better. Great facilities for kids. Splash zone is great- think it should be open to 5pm instead of 3pm. 3 pools and spas. Adults heated pool and spa. Kids club is what loses a star. Needs...

We stayed at Turtle Beach Resort in a Family Suite for an 8 night stay. Inclusions in our package were great and our room was perfect for our family. The Xbox in the double bunk room was a relief to be honest for our teenagers 13 and 16. They not only had the tv and all the included Foxtel channels...

We stayed here for a week during the first term school holidays. Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the ground floor. The park has numerous facilities throughout. Whilst it was busy, there was always room for a swim in one of the 4 pools. The Deck restaurant had a reasonable menu with fair prices. We loved the tropical feel to...

In 2016 we had a choice between Turtle Beach and its competitor; on the recommendation of a work colleagues the competitor won - for 3 nights. In 2017, not wanting to make the same mistake twice, we went with our insticts and chose Turtle Beach- for 7 nights... and boy did we make a FANTASTIC decision. Turtle Beach is great....

Great resort for families with kids under 10. A little boring for teenagers and a bit remote from the attractions of Surfers. Getting a bit tired and could do with an update. We stated in the Accor holiday club unit which was pretty basic compared to other places we've stayed. Definitely not for an adults only holiday.

Our family of 5 stayed here last week and it was perfect! Our 3 children (10,6,3) all found fun, age appropriate things to do each day. The didn't leave during our 4 day stay as it had everything we needed. Restaurant served coffee and meals all day (and the kids meals were huge). Our 2 older kids had an evening...
