Great service & communication by the owner, Kim. Room was clean & tidy with a bar fridge & microwave. Great for me as I have particular dietary requirements & bring my own food. Close to Nobby Beach, bus stop, restaurants, shops, cafes & Miami Marketta. Would definitely stay again. I love the nostalgia of motels on Gold Coast Highway

Simple clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. We stayed a couple of nights and were very happy with the place- extremely comfy pillows and mattresses! Very clean and everything you need as well as close to restaurants and bakery too

Last minute booking, approx $160 for one night when most were booked out. Was pleasantly surprised with lowered expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed, which was mainly just a bed. But had tea and coffee and even a couple of chocolates. Didn't try the pool, but beach was a short walk away. Some restaurants/cafes in walking distance. Didn't meet the staff as keys were in the room. Was all made very easy for us.

Ok for a quick stop over. Very dated with a strong disinfectant smell. There was a piece of soap left in the shower as well as the wrapper. If I was a scotch drinker I would have been very pleased as there was a bottle of scotch with a little in it left in the cupboard 😂 Clean crisp sheets and a great air conditioner. Ya get what ya pay for

Constant surveillance when you walk out of your door. We (my 1 y.o. child and I) touched a bird statue just outside reception and straight out the manager came out and yelled at us very spitefully, ‘don’t touch anything! Respect our property!’. It made us feel sooo bad. It was a terrible experience for us. The room also smelt of strong disinfectant which made us feel sick. The bed blanket was synthetic material and hot.

The shower was way too small, even for average sized people & there's no working fire alarm. The rubbish bin situation* heavily monitored by management despite being properly disposed of. Best thing about here is the location on 1 side right near the bus stop.

Title says it all. Beds uncomfortable. Small cockroaches infestation! Ugh! Mouldy grout in shower stall. And you are expected to empty your own rubbish bins and clean all the dishes! But on a positive side, the owner is friendly.

Great location right in the middle of the Gold Coast on the main road. The price is good, the rooms are simple, clean and comfortable.
If you are looking for a no frills place to sleep, this is a good choice.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay for a night on the Gold Coast.
Was so impressed by this place. The reality was nicer than in the photos.
Very welcoming proprietors. Close to shops and restaurants. Close to the beach.
Tastefully furnished and decorated. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Clean. In all, great value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Having stayed at a 5 star hotel for 2 nights and been disappointed we decided to make a last minute extension on a budget with this hotel. The lady at reception was so lovely. The rooms are so simple but clean! Only issue is black marks on linen and car space is a bit tight. Other theb that a great stay!
