Great location overlooking the Broadwater. We were greeted by the very lovely Lea who was so helpful and went above and beyond to help. Handy to our favourite shopping centre Harbour Town. Good pool and outdoor bbq area. The Windsurfer has a lot of positives. Yes it could probably do with a makeover. But you get what you pay for.

We stayed here for three nights to attend a Wedding on the Gold coast. The check-in was welcoming, service was great and the place was easy to find.
The room (we had a one bedroom apartment) was split over two levels with the bedroom upstairs. The kitchen had everything you need for a basic meal, living room was small but nice.
The apartments are located on the 'main' road next to the ocean and there is a little bit of road noise but not as much as there would be if you were on the actual main road that runs the length of the Gold Coast.
A welcoming, clean place to stay which I would recommend.

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay on a great deal with Windsurfer; balcony overlooked the broadwater, the room was clean and tidy and the reception staff very friendly. Only criticism really was there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room, had to buy more, other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

My partner & I were utterly disappointed with our two week stay; we were so looking forward to it for months. We did confirm weeks prior for a beach view room as pictures state! However, on arrival it wasn’t what we requested, so we thought we would try to live with it, but didn’t like at all. Too noisy overlooking the pool and very dirty. On check in no one was there to greet us. The first room we got was overlooking the pool and no natural light. The drawers were dirty, full of hair, dead bugs & dust. Nothing was cleaned properly, just left for previous guests to maintain. We stayed as much as we could, but requested a nicer room. We moved to a room that was what we asked for in the first place. That night we were watching tv and another couple walk in on us. Not good. Hardly an apology.
Unfortunately, the second room we were moved to was found to be even dirtier than the first if that’s possible! There was dust behind the bed, mattress stained looked be pee, dust/rubbish left over from previous guests between washing machine and sink area, black hair found in the pillow cases, couch ripped & dead bugs again in drawers. Place is so run down and needs more love and life.
The only good point was the view! Our room was never cleaned over the two weeks, not even fresh towels was made to use the washing machine we had to do ourselves. The room didn’t even contain the little things for guests who have a long stay eg. salt, pepper, oil, cloths, toilet paper. Could’ve known that before we booked would have helped.. Not worth the money we paid per night $154, especially for two weeks.
Not likely to stay again here next time in Gold Coast. Such a shame since it’s all deceiving from the front, but behind closed doors it’s another story.

Do not stay here.... The room is dirty, door handles sticky, hair in laundry, mould in bathroom, broken taps, lounge is disgustingly stained OMG it is terrible I asked for another room and they offered to resend the cleaner. The cleaner can’t fix the holes in walls, the broken power points, the mould in the shower the mould on the basins, the cigarette burns in the bedding the broken tap, the disgustingly stained sofa. The cleaner may be able to clean the shower and remove the hair from the bathroom and laundry and wash the sticky door handles and the coffee up the wall in the kitchen! Worst place I have ever stayed at!

Do yourself a favour, save your money and don't book here. How to describe this place in one word - DIRTY. This is the most misleading hotel I've ever seen. I've stayed in some bad accommodations but is the first time I've ever walked out of a hotel and refused to stay there. We requested a waterview room with twin beds and got a double with a view of the neighbours next door. Apparently they don't have twin rooms. We had go out on the balcony to see any kind of waterview. The room had insects flying around. Things were biting us when we walked into the room leaving us itchy even when we left. The ironing board was dirty and needing replacing, the iron needed throwing out, the teapot was dusty, there was mildew in the bottom of the shower, cracked tiles in the bathroom, dusty cupboards with everything thrown in there, the fridge door didn't close properly, the couch was filthy and stained, the curtains were off the hinges. The only good thing about the place was that the staff were helpful. But that's about it. The place needs a thorough cleaning or renovating.

On arrival in mid afternoon door locked and no reply to buzzer fortunately a permanent resident called manager. Apartment was very basic but met our needs it needed a really good clean surfaces somewhat clean but we did some cleaning ourselves to make it comfortable. Screen door fell off on first use vent in bathroom roof not working miss matched crockery etc 3 frypans only one useable rest so rusty!! Door handle on slider fell off on first use.

We stayed at this place in April 2023 for 8 nights. Overpriced. Worst serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, noisy. Mold and cockroaches. The complimentary pack included 1.5 Toilet Tissue roll (for 8 nights) :). Avoid this place!

We raised several concerns with management and they became extremely uncivil. It made our family vacation very unpleasant so we left the property 2 days early and found accommodation elsewhere. It wasn't worth the stress.

People are quick to write negative reviews so I try to just post when I have something positive to say. On this occasion I can’t help myself. I checked into room 26 late on a rainy night. When I saw the state of the couch I was glad it was late and I went straight to bed. In the morning I saw the state of the bathroom. I called the manager (Jo) from the in room phone, no one answers after several attempts so I called from my phone via the outside number and asked her to come see what I thought was so bad. She refused to come. I checked out without even having a shower. There were too many hairs. I was amazed that Jo wouldn’t want to see what I was talking about. She said if it was so bad I should have said something the night before. I explained that it was late and I was tired. She still refused to come. Quite frankly I found it unbelievable that a manager wouldn’t want to address a clients concerns. I could go on but I’m hoping I can post pics to show what it was like.
