Michael and Brooke were lovely, so welcoming and very helpful right from the start of the booking - they gave us information about the local area, assisted with transport and made us feel very welcome by going out of their way to accommodate our group. We really appreciated that our apartment was already ready upon our arrival, which was much earlier than the actual check-in time. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean. From the two balconies we had amazing views of the ocean and the city skyline, especially during sunrise and sunset. The apartment had cleaning supplies like washing liquid, vacuum and mop as well as a washer and dryer which was so convenient. The free wifi and Foxtel TV were great too. The location of Norfolk is also perfect being right across the road from a patrolled beach and a short walk from shops, restaurants and the surf club. The main beach tram stop is also a five minute walk away so it is very easy to travel around.

This is the third time that we have come to Norfolk apartments for a Gold Coast vacation. Each time we come back to the apartment, we have been looked after very well by Michael and Brooke. The apartment that we stayed in was very well appointed with furniture and all the items were in perfect operational state. The apartment is situated very close to the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Surfer's Paradise.
Within walking distance, there is a eat street, Tedder Ave, which has a number of good restaurants and a chemist.. A Woolworths Metro supermarket is within 5 minute drive from the apartment.
Both Michael and Brooke have tirelessly looked after the property and have kept it in a very good condition over the last 4 years since we first stayed here.
Because we are a family of five, I feel that Norfolk apartments is the best place for us to stay where we can make it a home away from home with all the amenities needed..
I will definitely come back again and again to this property and will definitely recommend my friends who want to have a family holiday at the Gold Coast.

I booked 2 rooms for a fishing weekend with family and friends. The managers of this property are amazing and bent over backwards to assist us. I uave stayed in many resorts on the Gold Coast and I can say that the rooms at Norfolk Luxury Apartments are much larger than most, have a better view and are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be staying here again.

The location was good but the quality of the particular apartment we stayed in was far from luxury and should not have been marketed as such. It desperately needed a renovation, or at the very least, new furniture. See photos. The couch was old and torn, the windows were very dirty, there were strange marks on the walls, old and dirty carpet in the bedroom, mould or mildew on the back of the bedroom door and spartan decor. I stayed at another apartment on the Gold Coast afterwards which was much nicer and cheaper. Positives: pool area, proximity to beach, lovely and helpful front office.

Norfolk Apartments is simply a really great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Located at Main Beach, it's out of the hustle and bustle of central Surfers but not too far away from the major attractions and a stone's throw from the beach. The apartment complex is well maintained and looked after and Michael and Brook (Managers) are really attentive to anything that you need. If you're considering a stay on the Gold Coast I would highly recommend Norfolk Apartments.

Booked direct rather than through a middle man where so many extra fees are payable, and Michael really looked after us. Upgraded to a higher floor, late check out and really helpful advice regarding where to dine. We only stayed one night but our 3 bedroom apartment had everything you could possibly need for a much longer stay. Pool and spa area was spotless, car parking did not cost extra and beds were very comfortable. Could not fault the location. We will certainly be back.

The apartment was stunning newly renovated, very spacious and beautiful view of the beach. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here. The master room you wake up to beach look like you are floating on clouds.

This is the second time we have stayed at Norfolk apartments and we love it. The 3 bedroom apartment is very roomy and has everything you need with a well equipped kitchen. We travelled up from Victoria with 4 other Adult children and there is plenty of room for all. We love the location with direct access to the beach out the front along with coffee shops and restaurants just around the corner. We would defiantly stay here again. Would like to mention management as well. Michael and the team are extremely helpful and try to assist you as best then can. We required an earlier check in to which they were able to accommodate.

Should not be allowed to have the word luxury associated with these apartments , when we first walked in we were lulled into a false sense of security when told we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom penthouse which ended up being just the highest 3 bedroom apartment but that was ok as we had great views , Foxtel was great for the kids, beds were comfy and apartment was spacious....... but then door near fell off the dishwasher and was unusable, fittings in the bedrooms just fell off the wall, towel rack hanging off the wall batteries needed replacing in most remotes which we contact the manager whom made us feel like whinges but when we got back from a shopping expedition with the teenage daughters and young son they were in the process of taking the front off the dishwasher and replacing some batteries and bulbs, not wanting to complain anymore to them and get their cold reaction the list of problems with this apartment just kept climbing day by day , internet was shocking, son got locked in the bathroom because the lock mechanism fell off. stove did not work and the electric frypan was Brocken , so went and bought an electric fry pan our selves, struggled through 5 nights as we had booked outback spectacular and other events but left with 2 nights remaining and booked into another hotel. I will point out that these days most apartments are owned by 3rd parties and the managers seem to cop all the flack for the owners not keeping their units in a usable state. Photos pending

I am half Australian and I grew up between Australia and Canada my whole life .I have been 16 times and I grew up staying at Norfolk every other year since I was born and I have lived in Norfolk apartments twice for a year each time. The management in place now is the worst I have ever seen. Norfolk is a very sentimental place to me as my late grandmother lived there for over 30 years, I really wanted to take my kids to the place I grew up going. I have contacted the management their 8 times since September-of 2022 trying to book. I have received the run around from the management. I have made several phone calls to which immediately the manager says he will call me back and he never does! I have never had such horrible customer service as I have from this establishment. I do not recommend staying there as the manager there clearly doesn’t value customer service. It breaks my heart that my kids will not be able to stay there,
