My husband surprised me with a weekend away for our wedding anniversary, it was a lovely surprise even though the flights were delayed, once we finally arrived and checked in we fell straight into bed, however I found it impossible to sleep as the curtain was broken and light was streaming in, the bed was hard the pillows flat and I was wheezing due to be allergic to all the dust. In the morning I made a complaint online and was assured everything would be fixed and was even given a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy for our anniversary. I went out for a walk and a swim and once I got back the pillows had been changed the bed remade with a thick mattress pad (that helped a little) the curtains were fixed and a there was a nice cold bottle of wine with a card. This was lovely all the staff were amazing and can’t fault them, however the room was quite dirty and had not been cleaned properly even after they had assured me that it was.…

The Sheraton was a great place for a mid week short stay. The food, staff and centre facilities were all excellent and provided for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this resort and plan to go back again next year.

Overall, the facility is old and the lighting is too dark. And It took two hours to arrive after calling the front desk and asking for slippers. When a cockroach appeared in our room and I called the staff, it took several minutes for the staff to arrive at our room, which really made us feel uncomfortable. No apology was given by the staff and I will not be using this hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay and ticked all the boxes. All staff from the valet and reception and terrace buffet and the oasis pool bar were so helpful and have the best customer service. Toru was so nice and polite and was super helpful. Our trip was chaotic due to delayed flights and cancelled flights all by Jetstar and we had ran into so much trouble getting to Gold Coast that I didn’t have high hopes when walking in to confirm our stay at the hotel. Toru was super helpful and I couldn’t thank him enough. Although we still were charged for the no show that was out of our control the staff were still very helpful throughout our stay.

Booked a short honeymoon stay at the Sheraton Grand Mirage, and had a great time with lovely (and accommodating) staff. The pool area is very nice, deck chairs are spaced out nicely so it's not too crowded, with direct beach access from the pool as well. We stayed in a King spa room with an ocean view, the view and crashing wave sounds were very relaxing! The room itself was spacious and clean, and the spa comfortable but slightly aging, however still did the trick! As for the bed, very comfortable however I'd request firmer pillows with neck support for a good night sleep. The staff was very helpful in sourcing some supportive pillows! The amenities around the hotel are great too, the bar, breakfast lounge, and even outside of the hotel. I'd recommend La Luna, Glass and Ladybird for some drinks and amazing food.…

My wife and I celebrated our Birthdays here.Cameron and Georgia were extremely helpful in planning some last minute surprises for my wife.The first room had extremely dusty surfaces; including the phone and stained curtains. I wrote a review via the Wi-Fi sign up page. They immediately moved me to a new room that was… less dusty. The dining room Terrace is the most disgusting sight when you look at the dust on the white wall dividers. I’m not sure if it’s the hvac system as a whole but the dust accumulated in the property is astounding. The beach access was great but only having one pool is a bit disappointing especially because one night was taken over by an event.
