We found The Crest by accident and we were lucky we did!
After originally booking at another accomodation venue only for that serviced apartment building to have no lifts when we arrived, we sought out looking for alternative accomodation. (Note: we were not prepared to climb 20 floors with 2 kids under 7). With a bustling Christmas/Year period around Main Beach we didn’t think we would be able to find suitable accomodation that was until we stumbled across The Crest.
We encountered such friendly reception staff who were able to help us out and book us in all in under 10 minutes. Our room was impeccably clean and met our needs. Bathroom showers had beautiful fantastic water pressure. All beds and pillows were so comfortable that our whole family rested up beautifully. We stayed on the 8th floor and could not believe the piece & quiet and amazing views. Not even other neighbours within the building could be heard. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and were in it everyday for hours. Kids will love this! We had a couple of BBQ meals and the BBQ area was super clean and easy to use. Other features contained in the apartment were WIFI, cable TV and a full functioning kitchen. The location of these apartments are close to the Tedder Avenue cafes/dining precinct and the G Link Tram is only 5 minutes walk away. Oh and by the way the 2 lifts work seamlessly 😉

Whilst Main Beach is our favourite spot on the Gold Coast, The Crest is a favourite 'home away from home'. We've tried other apartment/hotel complexes in the area, some perceived as ' more exclusive', though The Crest really does leave them for dead. The tastefully renovated apartment we had this time was very comfortable and very well presented offering all one expects. The overall facility that includes an indoor and outdoor pool, full size tennis court, parking, 'hop, step and jump access to trendy Tedder Ave shops/restaurants and Main Beach waves and sand ensures a great realxing stay and 'bang for buck value'. All credit to Managers Christine and Keith. Can't wait to see you again soon.

We have stayed at The Crest numerous times over the last few years and we will keep coming back. We can park up with the knowledge our vehicle is secure and walk everywhere we need to when we are there. Patrolled beach within a few minutes, local surf club is awesome for a feed and a cold one. The kids love the heated indoor pool and the rooms are pristine and well appointed. The staff are friendly and check in and out is straight forward . Great place to stay for a weekend or a week.

When the Gold Coast marathon was cancelled we thought we would do the right thing by our accommodation and postpone our booking. After a 3 night stay in November we were contacted to be told we were being charged $18 for 2 wine glasses. When we arrived we found one of the three wine glasses was cracked. We then left this on the bench for staff. We were charged for another missing glass. After emailing the Crest advising that there were only 3 wine glasses when we checked in (one of which was cracked) the manager agreed to refund the cost of 1 glass. The email we received essentially accused us of lying about the missing glass. Despite numerous follow up emails we receive no further correspondence from the Crest and they have retained the cost of one wine glass. It seems we are now being ignored. We have traveled throughout Australia & the world over the past 40 years and never been treated so shabbily. Suffice to say we will never stay at the Crest again.

we just spent 9 nights at The Crest and could not be happier with the service that was provided. Upon check in we were upgraded to a larger apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and had beautiful views. The amenities including the outdoor and indoor pool were exceptional. As a young family taking their first baby on their first holiday we couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Thank you The Crest for such a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay here finding the managers friendly and accommodating. We had a rear unit so were not bothered by the construction noise you will get at the front (north facing) side of the building.
Our unit was comfortable overall. However we would say it needs some minor updating to make it more comfortable. The appliances and utensils were disappointing.
The building has well maintained common areas and a nice indoor pool, spa and sauna, which we used regularly. YMMV

This is my 2nd stay at The Crest in the past 2 months. I love the location at Main Beach, the apartments are spacious with glass wrap around balconies. You can see the ocean, stunning reasonable pricing and the managers Laura and Adam are stars themselves. I will be back, thank you so much.

We have stayed off and on at The Crest for the last 6 months for sporting reasons . The room was always spotless and the friendly staff were amazing from the minute you got there until you left . They would go over and above for whatever we needed done . I have a daughter with brain damage who can be hard to handle at times but the staff were incredible to her and she loved being there . The position in Main beach was so handy to all shops and it has great facilities . I would recommend this resort to anyone and we will be back .

Comfortable and tasteful rooms with a perfect layout and lovely sea breezes , A beautiful pool and sauna area, and not to forget the best managers in Main Beach! The 5 star team at the Crest are a step above. It was absolute bliss staying here and I am sad to leave. Highly recommended ❤️

Fantastic accommodation - close to everything and really nice people at the front desk. Very comfortable and all you could want for your stay. Love hearing the waves at night and the pool and tennis court are very tempting. So close to Tedder Ave and the beach.

So sorry for the late reply to your question. Sorry but there are no
safes in the units. We are however a very secure building and guests are not able to travel to different levels in the elevators or via the stairwells. We do hope to see you in the near future

I stayed in a 3BR apartment but it didn't have a bath
We were in the two bedroom and there was a stove and an oven so I'm sure there will be at least one in the one bedroom apartment
