Just got back from spending 10 nights. had a great time. We stayed in the Mansion right by the pool. The Mansion was very clean and Big! My parents stayed in a cabin right behind the mansion which we thought was equally as nice. The rooms have had a modern fit out. the pool was fantastic for the kids of...

Needed to change the dates of my trip to Ashmore for family reasons. The staff went out of their way to help out and put me in an upgraded room for a similar price . Then they helped organize a few trades people to help us out. Really appreciated this help and felt like I was being attended to by...

We saved all year to be able to have a family holiday and our Christmas celebrations somewhere different. The members of our family that went on this amazing holiday consisted of my husband, mother, daughter, 2 granddaughters and myself. Ages varied from 75 - 6. The accommodation alone was outstanding, the village and everything you could do there was awesome...

We stayed here with about 30 other family members all in cabins. It is incredibly hot in the rooms and the aircons don't do much, plus ours cut off every 6 hours so if we went out for the day it'd be stinking hot inside when we got back again, not ideal in the middle of Australian summer. Location isn't...

Great place, great pool, plenty of room for the kids to play. One thing that needs attention though is customer service, there are a few employees here who are no where near as friendly as the birds are. While some are great, others are very abrupt and find it difficult to smile or even look up at you from their...

Travelled to Surfers Paradise on Boxing Day and were looking for accommodation that would provide options for our 11 year old son and 2 year old daughter. Whilst the two pools were great and the bird averies fabulous the remainder really did leave us disappointed. Advertised on the website were activities that included 'Laser Skirmish' however the reality was somewhat...

Dear 735les, Thank you for your review. However, we are sorry to hear that Ashmore Palms did not meet your holiday expectations. We have checked the Ashmore Palms’ website and the ‘Laser Tag’ activity is definitely not advertised on our current Holiday Activities Calendar. It has been nearly two years since we had Laser Tag in the Activity Centre. Laser...

There is so much I could say about Ashmore Palms! We were greeted by such lovely staff in the office on arrival. Were given a bag with a voucher for our next stay plus pencils and activity book for our daughter. The cabin was amazing. Very well priced, clean and homely. The park itself has a beautiful rainforest walk, 2...
