Was a bit apprehensive about the apartments when I read some reviews. Here's the facts ! Receptionist was warm and welcoming, she let us check in 2 hours early. We had no 61, which is just opposite the pool. Need to get your towels on the sun beds first thing in the morning. The room was not excellent, nor run...

This was our first time at Hotel Puerto Caleta and, in fact, Fuerteventura. When we arrived we were greeted by a very polite receptionist – in fact, while we were checking in, a guest approached him and was extremely rude (shocking even us) but he responded very politely and didn’t react – which was most impressive, given how rude she...

Went to the Puerto Caleta apartments for two weeks on our family holiday. As with all apartments it had pro's and con's. Basically it was an inexpensive holiday for us and you get what you pay for. I will start with the negatives and finish with the positives. The one bedroom apartments state it sleeps 4 and yes there was...

Apartment was clean and quite large, reasonably well equipped with microwave hotplates fridge. The restaurant was frequently full with tables often reserved due to demand. There was live music every night from Flamenco to heavy rock. thankfully it finished just after 11.00. The majority of the music was very good. Check in was quick, but no offer to carry our...

The place is a typical Spanish seventies era. the brochure describes the apartment as having a balcony off the lounge and bedroom, this is not the case with all of them, some have shared access balconies(so not private). all have quite a few steps to negotiate with your luggage so not totally suitable if you have mobility problems. The rooms...

If you want cheap accommodation in the centre of Caleta then this is ideal, but they really do need doing up and a good clean. The beds are so hard and we found some rock hard cakes in the microwave which had obviously been there for weeks. the bathroom needs re doing and the shower cubicles leave a lot to...

We stayed at these apartments in April 2017. They may need a spruce up but they are pretty central to everything you need. Within 500 metres in whichever direction you go, you have the beach, bars and restaurants. If you want a safe, hair dryer, kettle or iron you can hire them from reception. The pool area is clean and...
