We often stay at the Gold Coast for sport and like Broadbeach and noticed the apartment on Booking.com
Positives: Quiet apartments in great location. Ladies who checked us in were friendly and checkin and communication were good. Apartment was nicely decorated and we had enough utensils etc. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was lovely and we were nice and cool. Nice walk to oasis shopping Centre. Loved the gorgeous green lawn beside the pool.

Maybe because we didn’t book directly we were on the 1st floor. Had to shut the balcony doors as the tennis court was just below us and there was a loud game below us. The only place we had ocean views was from one spot on the couch and the small balcony on the side. We mostly looked out on the construction site next door and when we ate as a family our view was of the construction site or the back street . Only 2 people could watch TV at the same time as the other couch was in an awkward position on the other side of the room.
Wasn’t a big deal as we were only there to sleep and were mostly not there during the day but not sure I would be able to spend a beach holiday looking at a building. The front apartments had a great outlook so maybe ask for them.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse on the 19th floor with 4 friends, and it was wonderful. Not super modern, but very clean and comfortable with a decent size balcony for 5 ladies to sit comfortably, which is hard to find in a lot of hotels.
The views are amazing, all you see is water from every room in the apartment, (except the bathrooms). Service was good and check in easy. The only slightly annoying thing was that I requested for the 2nd split king bed to be separated into two singles and was told that this would happen via email. When checking in late, around 7pm, we had discovered that the bed was made up as a double. It wasn't a huge issue, just next time I will phone ahead the day of check in, to make sure that it is done. Loved our stay, and we have decided that this is the perfect hotel for us, for our yearly weekend get together.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay and compared to some neighbouring venues pricing was reasonable. The 2 bedroom unit was comfortable, well furnished and equipped. Not a large living space area but adequate for 3 adults. Close proximity to dining outlets and secured under cover parking were positive features. Very rigid on security deposit requirements and proof of ID (photocopies taken) however all were detailed in booking email confirmation at the outset.

We stayed for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom seaview unit. Wow the view is just amazing, the apartment is built to capture every part of the ocean. And just walking distance to all the cafes & restaurants & Pacific fair...it really was nice to be close enough but also not to be in the heart of it. The amenities are great & while our unit was an older style it made it more relaxing as you didn't have to worry about getting anything on the lounge etc. The apartment was also fitted out with crockery & utensils which was very handy. The service at the desk was always friendly & the maintenance guy was also very friendly. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay there again. We stayed on the 16th floor unit 48.

We were very disappointed with both the check in process and the apartment we were given. The website claims 4/5 stars and our experience was anything but that. Firstly we arrived on a Saturday and could not check in until 2.00pm and yet the office closed at 12.00pm on this day; so we had to fully pay before hand and check ourselves in. Consequently, there was no one there on our arrival to hear of our dissatisfaction when we saw the state of the room we were given, as the office did not open till Monday and there was no manager on site. The Apartment was very much due for an upgrade and furniture looked like it had been picked up from the opportunity shop and nothing really matched. The windows were so dirty that we had to buy a window cleaner and do it ourselves; if we wanted to see the beach view we had paid extra for. When windows were cleaned however, our view was obstructed by a very ugly building, that has been constructed next door. While we were there, the shower drain was blocked and sliding door jammed as it was so corroded. Management did try to fix these problems, when we brought it to their attention. On one night the noise from a party below us kept us awake until 5.00am as there was no one on site to hear or report the noise to. On the positive side; they replaced oven and coffee table while we were there and the bed was comfortable and the pool/spa and grounds well maintained. Very disappointing and would not book at Boulevard North Apartments again.

Unit 21 was amazing - it is freshly renovated and looks amazing. It is a waterfront unit which means the views are fantastic and to get to the beach we simply walked across the road. The walking paths are easy to access and go as far as you can see along the beach top. We were able to walk to many cafes and restaurants as well as a mini supermarket just around the corner. The unit had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen and a laundry including washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms were beautiful! It was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by, coffee in hand. We love Broadbeach and will definitely be back.

Checked in very late 10pm on arrival with 3 kids, was looking forward to sleep in, was woken at 7am by a grinder and that continued each day of my stay. I asked the receptionist to change our room and she replied no we are fully booked and do not do refunds under any circumstances ? No sorry for the noise pollution just a very rude and abrupt women with no customer service skills what so ever. There was no notice given prior to our arrival about any construction taking place if there was i would have cancelled my stay as it was far from quiet and relaxing. I accidentally locked myself out of the room and had to pay $100 cash to get back in ! Half empty and used shampoo and conditioner left in shower, no toilet paper? The list goes on.......Please read all of there terms and conditions before booking.

Shellee, so sorry you did not enjoy your stay at Bouelvard North. The remedial work is clearly stated on all on-line sites, our website and in the booking confirmaiton that all guests receive, sorry you did no read it and therefore had the experience that you did. Fortunately this work will end in May 2023 and guests will once again experience the amazing location, peace and tranuqility that we are known for. We are self catering apartments that offer a FREE starter pack that carries you for one day, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, so again sorry that you did not read this in the info you were sent.

I have now stayed at Boulevard North twice myself, my parents have stayed here and my team members from my NSW office have stayed there 3 times. We all love it so much. Marion, Chris, Donna and the team are friendly and welcoming, the units have the most amazing views and the location is fabulous. This is the perfect location for anyone wanting to attend any type of function/business event in Broadbeach, for Blues on Broadbeach or Groundwater. The units are walking distance to all things Broadbeach and directly opposite the beach. Also its really really close to the bowling club so if you are going to attend anything there you won't find better or closer accommodation. Highly recommend.

I wished I’d read the reviews on here prior to booking as the majority of reviews for this pathetic establishment are aligned with mine. . On the first morning, I awoke to jackhammer outside my bedroom window( 15th floor) with workmen standing right there! The jackhammering was unbearable soI went to reception and asked for the jackhammering to stop. A nasty, snaky receptionist, smirked and said the information was sent to me in an email and it was basically too bad. As I’m on holidays I’m not checking emails. I was very upset. The receptionist pointed her finger in my face and told me I’d ‘crossed a line’ in complaining!! There was an email sent AFTER I’d booked and paid in full( stating no refunds for anything!) but it did not mention jackhammering. Just possible maintenance What a deceitful place that I would not recommend to anyone. We were forced to seek alternate accomodation and Boulevard North kept our $1500 refusing to refund any of it . What a miserable start to our much anticipated holiday . Do not stay here !!! More Date of stay: January 2023

Ginnieb, from the moment you checked in you had decided that you would not be happy at Bouelvard North and really went out of your way to entice other guests to feel the same - all bookings sites (on-line and our website) clearly show the remedial work - which thank goodness will be over within the month (by May 2023) so yes, you were advised in time to cancel.

Highly recommend if you are looking for outstanding clean modern accommodation at a great price (book via website for discount) , close to the beach with beautiful views and a professional service. - not far from both Broadbeach and Surfers (jump on the lime bikes after you have had a game of tennis or its a lovely walk in both directions.)
Why did we choose Boulevard North?….we usually we stay at a pricey hotel around the corner each year, but after realising everything is going up in price and a few of the QLD locals we had previously spoken to, kept recommending Boulevard North…. decided we had to give them a go!
Big smile on my face writing this review after the team at Boulevard made us all feel very welcome and went out of there way to provide an exceptional service -makes a huge difference 😀 big shout out to staff member CHRIS at Boulevard 👏 this guy seems to work non stop and will do anything to help while you are here.
