Detailed Reviews
Loved everything from food to facilities to activities and the fact that the place caters for the whole family. The variety of food themes makes one look forward to the next day's new surprise menus. Staffs were courteous especially Violet from reception, we had welcoming smiles from the waiters like Naomi, Margaret and room stewrd Philip.
Am already looking forward to my next visit with my family and other friends.

We loved our stay here!! The position is perfect, everything you need within walking distance. Great eateries, shopping centres, ocean views etc etc. Our unit was spotless, comfy bed, air conditioning, although compact, it had everything we needed. Surf club opposite has great meals and is right on the beach next to parklands and walkways. Highly recommend.

We stayed in room 13C. It's a fully equipped one bedroom room with kitchen and laundry. Whilst the building is older, It's clear the room has been remodelled and everything is in great condition.
The view to the beach is uninterrupted from the balcony and bedroom window.
The bed and pillows won me over, so comfy and best night sleep each night.
Have paid much more to have less in Broadbeach and would recommend this to friends and family and rebook for future business trips.

Facts.
We have stayed here previously and have enjoyed our holidays.
Voyager is in a fabulous location.
We payed $175.00 per night.
There is a construction site next door.
We were made aware of this when we booked.
The noise was excessive at times, doors and windows had to remain closed to reduce it.
Voyager has a non smoking policy, this includes the balconies.
My opinions.
It is very noisy from 7am onwards. Machinery and workers doing their thing.
It was difficult to relax during our stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
If you enjoy a cigarette on a balcony, with a coffee or a drink, looking at the ocean and the view then you should probably look elsewhere.

We stayed here Dec 2022, we had the top floor so the view was great. The position of this property is A1!
The apartment itself was very dated, extremely tired and in desperate need of a renovation. The furniture was uncomfortable and the flat screen TVs were the smallest I’ve ever seen in any accommodation house and I’ve been in many.
On our second last night we were wakened by an extremely loud noise which went on and on for some considerable time. Fireman were rushing between floors and the roof. We were unable to find anyone to tell us what was going on as no one from management appeared or was contactable.
It was a very unnerving experience and we decided to check out and forgo our last night. On checking out we expressed our concerns and were told “yes I did hear about something last night” but that was all.
I subsequently requested a refund of our last night and following numerous emails with someone possessing the vague title of “accounts/reception” who very cleverly deflected/avoided addressing all of my claims and I was told that she didn’t believe my description of the events and could not comment on the response by the receptionist at check out as she, the accounts/reception person, “had not witnessed this conversation”.
I was offered a credit for the last night but declined this, I would not go back there. I have real concerns regarding this property’s management and especially their casual attitude to the OH&S issues we raised with them.

We don't often stay on the Gold Coast as we only live a short distance away in Brisbane but with back to back family functions on Saturday night at the Kurrowa Surf Club (across the road) and Peppers (next door) we decided to stay overnight.
The positiives:
* Excellent central location in Broadbeach. Kurrowa Surf Club & miles of beautiful beach across the road, a supermarket and shops 2 minutes walk plus much much more.
* Our room 14B was small but functional and clean with a stunning overview of the surf club and beach. A great location. Although we didn't need it the room has a small kitchen that equipped with everything you would need as well as a washer and dryer. The bathroom is small but again very clean and functional. Being on the 14th floor it was relatively quiet being well above street level.
* The staff at reception were fantastic. Fast check-in and on request were more than happy for us to leave the car in their secure underground carpart for a couple of hours 10am check-out so we could attend an event next door.
The not so positives:
* Bed was small - a double which was probably our failing for not checking on booking. It was also incredibly soft and we both sank into it a fair bit and as a result very uncomfortable. Could just be personal preference.
* Air con struggled. We noticed that both the split systems in the living area and bedroom had 16C set on both remotes when we arrived. It turned out the bedroom air con physically functioned but didn't get very cold at all. The living room air con was a little better. As a result we left both air cons on while we were out for the evening and had them both on with the connecting door open all night which kept the unit cool enough to be comfortable without being particularly cold. The bedroom air con is above the foot of the bed and the blue light was a little distracting in the dark. At least they operated quietly.
The reception isn't 24 hr but we didn't feel that was a problem as there is 24hr access. No in house dining but again plenty of excellent venues close by.
Overall a positive experience with a couple of minor issues but would probably stay again.

The view really fabulous stayed for 2 weeks.
Yes agree with some reviews a little tired, however very comfy good kitchen facilities opposite the beach if you like laid back with a view to watch the world go by then go ahead.
Buy an easy cook meal from woolies and you have best view on the GC.
Already Booked for next year.
Little concerned about the bLock going up next door, let’s wait and see the impact.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Voyager Resort. The Beach across the road, Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club directly opposite, shopping centre, bars, restaurants, café’s just a 3-minute walk from Voyager. The Casino and Pacific Fair shopping centre a 5-10-minute walk, along with many other eatery/bar opportunities. Views are the best. Pool and BBQ facilities are excellent. Our son and family were even allowed to come and enjoy the pool and a BBQ, plus, they were given underground parking in the building carpark. Definitely recommend this accommodation, can’t wait to come back and relax.

We stayed for 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony views over the stunning beach.
The apartment was clean and the beds (plus double sofa) were comfortable. Waking up to an early morning sunrise then hitting the pathways along the beach for a walk and then a dip in the surf is a great way to start the day.
All amenities are within walking distance - Woolies, shops and a vast amount of cafes and restaurants. The Northcliffe Surf Club is an easy 20min walk and great spot for lunch or dinner. Trams can take you up to Surfers (but I wouldn’t bother as its dirty) or further north to Southport.
The staff were extremely welcoming. Great pool and outside bbq areas within the complex.
Highly recommend to stay.
