We have been staying at Oceana for 15 years. It is still my family’s first choice for Gold Coast apartments. The location is 10 min walk to the middle of Broadbeach but feels peaceful and removed from the madness, the managers are excellent and accommodating (thank you to Gavin for so readily finding us a room to extend into when the border was closed), the pool and bbq area are always clean and inviting, and the views are spectacular (ocean front is best but ocean view is good too).

Our small family stayed only 3 nights but it was great. Clean and very well appointed apartment. The apartment has everything you will need including decent wine glasses . A Lovely sea view and right on the beach. They have a very nice pool and beautiful kept gardens.
One side is the beach on the other , a small cafe that does ok coffee, ring from your apartment and it’s ready when you get there. Next door is a bottle shop.

Traveled here recently with a mate and we stayed in one of the best 2 bdrm apartments ever. The rooms were spotless clean smelling and huge and the view of the ocean was bloody fantastic i cant say enough good things about this place. the beds were cosy and my en-suite was fantastic its almost like after a lot of searching we have found THE place to stay when in the Gold Coast.
Nearby amenities included the fish and chip shop across the road, i believe there is a a coffee shop their too, a corner store about 200 meters a very short walk for milk and bread if need be the bowls club literally across the road and of course our main attraction the Star Casino.
Biggest bonus was having an allocated car park that definitely was a plus as well.
Dawn out lady that checked us in was very kind and friendly and Gavin that checked us out also friendly. Cant thank them enough, we will see you again soon thanks very much !! :+)

Arrived to be told air conditioning not working in apartment. Requested a different apartment and again air conditioning not working. When we said we wanted to cancel our booking another apartment with working air conditioning was found. Bed spread on one bed had fresh looking red blood stains on it…bathroom towels were well and truly passed there use by date. No coffee machine in kitchen and very basic equip in kitchen. Plates/cups etc had to be washed before use as they clearly hadn’t been washed before being put back in cupboard - food remnants still on plates and coffee rings in mugs…furnishings very outdated and worn - metal on coffee table rusting…Will never stay here again

Oceana is located about half way between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise therefore it is a quieter location, walk out the back door of the property across the road and you are on the beach. It is an easy walk down to Broadbeach for the supermarket etc and the same to Surfers Paradise. The room we had was amazing, exceptionally spacious with 2 bedrooms, both with own bathrooms, master has walk in rode. Kitchen has views out to the ocean, large dining table and lounge. Fully equipped kitchen, although doesn’t have a coffee pod machine, but everything else you need. Full laundry in the unit, washer and dryer. Pool, spa and sauna are beautiful. Gavin at Reception was fantastic, great dealings with him on the phone prior and very responsive to any queries whilst there. Had a great stay and will definitely be back, thanks for a great relaxing holiday.

Stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath Ocean View Superior Apartment. Was a nice apartment but this apartment being there most modern, I was a bit disappointed in the condition. 1 dining chair missing, lamp in 2nd bedroom was literally hanging by a string. Other then that it was very enjoyable. The ocean view is excellent from our apartment. The carpark is nice and big. WiFi worked well and service was great. Will stay again for sure

Have stayed here for around 8 years running in September/October school holidays. Very convenient. Short walk to shops, surf club and restaurants. Rooms are good size and well appointed. Great pool area with lovely gardens and BBQ area. Beach is literally over the road.

We are one of four couples that stayed at Oceana numerous times and have always experienced great service and friendliness in the past. However this year we were extremely disappointed the way we were treated.
On arrival we were asked to have a bond of $300 which we had no objection to. After four weeks We left the place in a very satisfactory condition considering we only had one clean for a whole month and we were told originally that it would be one weekly.
On returning home we noticed that $300 was taken out of our account without any notification of it happening and no reason. We called straight away and were told manager is away. That was Friday. We called again on Monday and finally he called back with a very feeble and petty reason for taking our money. We have since emailed him without a response. We’re not sure f it is legal to just take money without notice or explanation. I’m doing this to make sure it won’t happen to anyone else.
Very unhappy and disappointed.

The apartment was spacious with fantastic beach view.
Nice living and bedroom. The kitchen area was grubby, in need of a deep clean. The bathroom needs an overhaul as it is old and worn.
The internet was so slow you could not check your emails or surf the internet, leave alone watching Netflix. It got not looked at or fixed during my 7 day stay.

We spent a month at Oceana and thoroughly loved it. Location is excellent, across the road from the beach, yet far enough away from Surpers and Broadbeach to leave the hustle away. Our room was very spacious well equipped and very comfortable. Pools, gym and sauna were great and very clean. Gavin at Reception was fantastic, responding to any requests immediately. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you for an amazing break.

No we no longer have any construction next door it is all finished and yes we do have a heated pool one heated and one not aswell as a heated spa.

We clean the apartment and top up toiletries etc if your stay is of 8 nights or more. You will receive a linen change and general "freshen up" on the fourth night. We can provide extra cleaning and toiletrie items including washing power/dish washing liquid for an additional charge.
