Detailed Reviews
We had an amazing experience staying in a 3 bedroom sky suite, the suite was superb, modern, luxurious, large, well appointed, clean had 2 separate living areas and 2 full bathrooms with separate bath/shower, and one bathroom with shower/toilet. The views were sensational, best ever view of NYE 8 pm and midnight fireworks, we were actually looking down on them and the were just meters away, and as a bonus we could also see the surfers paradise fireworks as well! The service from check-in, daily housekeeping, every ad-hoc request was prompt and with a smile. The facilities were amazing, unfortunately we didn't get to use them all. The Location was perfect! Shops, supermarket and restaurants at the door step, beach 2 minutes walk, major shopping centre and light rail to all other areas 10 minutes walk.

First visit to the complex, 4 nights booked the night before via Qantas with a half/half points and cash combo.
What I will say is the pricing now seems about right as the entire complex made for a great stay.
The access to parking at no charge is a plus as this location overall, I’d suggest if you’re planning on just hanging out on the coast between Burleigh and Southport you could get away with Uber.
We booked a 1BR apartment and it was surprisingly large, nice big bathroom, adjustable shower (good water pressure) pod coffee machine and all the kitchen gear you need, but don’t cook head to Mamasan downstairs!
Our room was #905 in Tower 2 and we had views straight down Oracle Blvd to the Kurrawa Surf Club and clear view of the water, this was a non-ocean front room.
Room was clean, staff were pleasant that we encountered.
Pool area was wonderful, heated pool, nice sized spa which is sheltered by some nice trees with very strong jets, so good!
My only criticism would be the televisions are now too small for 2020 and the hotel style (Docomo) remotes are very laggy.
As high tiered Accor member I’ll be booking via the Accor site from here on to keep that status up and new earning free nights, love the Accor group.
This will be our go-to place to stay in Broadbeach from this point.

From the amazing welcome at check-in through to the seamless check-out experience our three nights at Peppers Broadbeach was brilliant. With a fantastic location in the heart of the action at Broadbeach on the beautiful Gold Coast, Peppers provides stylish, well-appointed accommodation at a fair price. Surrounded by great eateries, close to the beach and all that the Gold Coast has to offer, a stay at Peppers Broadbeach made for an excellent weekend away after another challenging year. A room upgrade and other perks were a great benefit of the Accor ALL loyalty program and very much appreciated.

Disappointing stay at peppers Oracle at Broadbeach Queensland.
Whilst the hotel cannot help with the weather, we had a very disappointing stay during the Christmas 2021 break.
We felt that the hotel is not up to standard with respect to keeping the rooms clean. There was blood stains at the bottom of one of the beds, drains clogged and not working properly, a lack of cleanliness when the rooms were serviced (we paid for for every day).
The housekeeping service did not wear masks when required. They did not want to change the sheets every day and they did not want to mop or vacuum the floors or clean the tables.
The room did not have enough amenities with respect to kitchen utilities and we needed to buy a Breville machine, frying pan, knife and cutlery set.
To pay a premium price over the Christmas break it is disappointing that we did not get the service we had expected.
We would never attend this facility again and never use this kitchen again.
I would recommend not staying at this hotel.

After an enjoyable stay in 2019 for New Years Eve at this hotel with a 2 bedroom apartment in Tower 2, we were keen to stay again this year and managed by booking directly with Reception to secure a similar 2 bed apartment over the New Years break for 3 nights. Imagine our sheer delight when we checked in to find we had been upgraded twice, that is to say we had been given a 3 bed apartment plus this time it was on the 39th floor in Tower1. The apartment was fabulous, very spacious with absolute gold class views out to sea from Surfers right down to Coolangatta. For 4 adults and a 6 yr old it was perfect. We even got a good view of the fireworks coming from the Star Casino coming from behind.
However that’s where it ended. First we discovered there was no frypan to cook our breakfast. We had no idea how to work the inbuilt Miele coffee machine as there was no instruction book anywhere , moreover it simply hadn’t been cleaned and was full of coffee grounds and the milk container looked revolting, the Miele dishwasher kept repeatedly beeping at the end of its cycle and woke us all at night,(there again no instruction booklet) our intercom didn’t work, and had to be replaced, the door to the main bedroom wouldn’t shut properly, and the air-conditioning unit rumbled and made so much noise at night it kept people awake. We were expecting housekeeping staff to come and change towels, replenish toiletries and complimentary kitchen items. There was no pods for the coffee machines or any hot chocolate. When a housekeeper finally arrived after we complained, she was unhelpful and uncooperative.. She told us to go and get all the dirty towels and bring them to her at the door and we had to hang the new towels up ourselves, they made the beds in 2 of the bedrooms but because there was someone in the master bathroom at the time left the bedroom altogether and never returned to finish it.. When we told her there was no fresh bathmat with the towels she promised she would come back with one and never did.
There was no mention about housekeeping service on the printed welcome sheet we had. We just assumed at a 5 star resort on a 3 night stay someone would come and service the apartment to replace wet dirty towels and check other items etc as this had been included last year.
In conclusion, whilst we really appreciated the upgrade, and the pool and other facilities were excellent, our stay was marred by dismally poor housekeeping . We used to stay at the Meriton but decided last year to try Peppers because of its better location. Now we’re not so sure.

I have never experienced such a disruptive night - whilst this is not the hotel's fault, it is so poorly designed, it has ZERO sound-proofing! I stayed on level 4 of tower 2. It is directly across the road from a parking garage which has a beeping alarm sound all night. There are trees directly opposite the room where thousands of birds start chirping at 4am. A building site across the road commenced working at 6.30am. This hotel has been built with no consideration for external noise. Upon calling reception when the building site started up at 6.30am, the phone just rang for 5 minutes with no-one around to answer it. BE WARNED, stay here at your peril.

Upon checkin Reception area was very nice and staff were professional. Lifts were very nice and clean. We paid a little extra for a ‘2brm ocean view apartment’ based on the photos as they looked bigger then the ‘2bdrm apartment’, however once we got into the room it is the same size and layout and we have an obstructed ocean view by the other tower. The rooms are still in great condition however we did find some chocolate wrappers on the lounge room floor and cigarette packet plastic in one of the rooms with thick dust around the skirting and edges of the carpeted rooms. Location is perfect and pool area nice with plenty on sunlounges, the zen gardens were closed. The only other suggestion/improvement they could do with is a selection of pillows as all were very high (not good for belly sleepers or younger kids and we found the towels thin. Other then that a very nice place to stay. Just be aware of what you booked and what you get as with this we were disappointed.

This is my 2nd visit and it has not disappointed. The rooms are superbly comfortable allowing one to rest all day comfortably in the apartment or head out and be active knowing comfort awaits your return. The gentleman at reception (Kevin) was wonderful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay most memorable. There are some limitations to the mini bar and tea/coffee supply in the room due to COVID, but a simple call to reception and tea bags along with coffee pods were provided to the room. The view is fabulous and we were even blessed with some breaching whales. I love it here and can't wait to come again.

We booked this accomodation to celebrate my birthday on the weekend for 2 nights September 25-27.
Upon check in they provided us a keycard to our room that was not activated and we cannot enter our room. They put us in 13th floor tower1. We have to walk to tower 2 to get the card activated.
The receptionist did not provide us wifi password and no complimentary milk and shower gel.
We were asked to pack up our things to check out on September 26 by the housekeeping. I had to ring the receptionist to inform them that we are booked for 2 nights. According to the receptionist there was a little bit of confusion on their side and they apologies.
I informed them that we do not have the wifi password and they told us that they will send someone to give us the password and complimentary sparkling wine but nothing happened until we checked out no wifi password was provided to us. Very unorganised and overall poor service!

We had a very comfortable stay at Peppers Broadbeach, our room in Tower One was a Two Bedroom Premium Ocean View Suite (Room 1905) which exceeded our expectations. As a Platinum ALL member my loyalty was recognised at check in and throughout the stay. There was plenty of space in the apartment for two adults and two teenagers, and a variety of restaurants right on our doorstep. During our stay we were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins everyday - Our family will definitely be back !!

Yes,there is blackout curtains in each bedrooms. Take care.
No fine, keep doors locked, surely you realise children should be supervised in these situations.
It’s always best to ask for higher floors to be away from actual street noise. Our problem with this hotel back in September was that there was another high rise being built next door, on the side of the hotel that has the best ocean views. During the weekday it was very loud and we could not keep the doors open during the day to enjoy the view. At night it was beautiful because there was no construction. If you want to be away from the construction noise completely, book a room on the inland side. But if you’ll be out of the room most of the day anyway, go ahead and book a room with a view!
We were in a 2 bedroom high floor in Tower 1 which is the best for ocean views. pretty sure you can get a 2 bed on low levels if you request it but just call the hotel direct they will be happy to assist. they do have 2 bathrooms.
I would just ask Peppers and I am sure they will accommodate. We have stayed in an apartment with 2 single beds and a Queen, but I am sure they will have one with all single beds, if you ask and book early.
