The staff at Qube were great and so accommodating. I had made an error in our booking so when we checked in, they told us that we had actually turned up a week early. They were so quick in finding a solution and were able to get us into 2x 3bdrm apartments... it was the best mistake I’d ever made as we ended up with 2x great rooms on the higher levels and the most amazing views. The location is great as it’s a 5min walk to the beach, the convenience of having a supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Even though there wasn’t a lot going on due to the current Covid situation, the quality of the rooms and the views were so amazing that we preferred to stay in, we even extended our stay for an extra night to make the most of our surroundings. The kids loved the pool area and the generous size of the apartments meant there was plenty of space for all of us to relax without being in each other’s space all the time. The views from our apartments were breathtaking especially the sunrises and sunsets.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Qube Broadbeach!

Mum and I stayed at Qube Broadbeach for three nights and was not disappointed.
We were in a two bedroom apartment with ocean views. The apartment was large and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The car parking is safe and secure and only accessible by hotel guests.
Qube Broadbeach is within short walking distance to the trams, Pacific Fair, cafes, restaurants, the beach, and The Oasis Shopping Centre which has a Woolworths Supermarket.
My only slight disappointment was that we paid extra for a room with ocean views, however they were not clear ocean views due to other buildings being closer to the beach.
I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed at Qube Broadbeach for a week over Christmas. We had a fabulous time. The apartment was perfect for us, with a generous sized kitchen complete with all cooking equipment. We enjoyed the pool facilities daily. The additional spaces on level 4 are perfect for large or small group get togethers. Plenty of tables, chairs, lounges, outdoor cooking facilities has us considering booking with additional families in the future so we can have our own space but also the opportunity to meet up and share meals in the variety of communal areas. We used the gym which has well maintained equipment and a good range for our needs. The apartments are conveniently located near the light rail trams, which saw us deciding not to hire a car, as the public transport allowed us to get everywhere we wanted, and without the hassle of parking at this busy tourist time. Happy to return. The only negative I could really say would be that as we were on the highway side of the building the traffic noise was frustrating at times, however it would not stop me returning.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a week last month. What a disappointment it turned out to be. Firstly, the bedding configuration was not as requested. No contact made prior to arrival to indicate requested bedding was not available. When reception contacted was informed that no other rooms were available and was told to see front desk next morning.
On further inspection of our apartment, the kitchen benches, bathroom tiles and sinks were all smeared. It was obvious that they had only been given a quick wipe-over. The carpet in the living area had not been given a good vacuum, as there were crumbs and fluff everywhere. The lint filter in the dryer had not been cleaned. It was black and full of clear lolly wrappers. This is something that the cleaners were supposed to have checked. But what was really gross was the numerous fingernails and other rubbish under the sofa bed cushions in the living room.
To top things off, there was no blind in Ensuite bathroom, which faced the Gold Coast highway and other nearby buildings. Whilst sitting on the toilet or even showering provided a nice outlook and did not present a problem in daylight hours due to external glare on the windows. However at night it would be a different matter. So much so, that my wife refused to use this bathroom.
After 2 nights in this apartment, we were given another apartment for the remainder of our stay. Despite paying for a 2 bedroom apartment, we found that the 2nd bedroom and bathroom were locked off. This was rectified after contacting reception.
Same issues were evident as mentioned for previous apartment.
Then we washed some clothes. When removing the clothes they were covered in tissue and brown paper. It was clear from the shear amount of paper that someone had placed a toilet roll stuffed with paper inside the agitator.
Photo's of dirty filters, washing etc were given to reception and they apologised and gave us a couple of bottles of wine to compensate.
Sent an email to Qube over a week ago to raise all these issues and express disappoint with stay. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED.

Rooms are nice and clean, beds are very firm and uncomfortable!
Be careful when asking and paying the extra for an ocean view, whilst you can “see” the ocean, the 8th floor view isn’t great, more of a partial view, which was cheaper than what I paid for an ocean view! I was told over the phone I was on the 17th floor to be on the 8th floor on arrival. I raised my concerns with reception, was told that I should never have been told that, however remained on that floor.
Noise from the pool was very annoying, doors had to be shut to try and block it out. Also double check pricing on their website as it was different to what I was initially quoted by $600, they did honour the cheaper price, however, if I hadn’t seen it and called, I would have paid top dollar! This has left us feeling disappointed and has had a negative impact on our trip!
Will not stay here again!

We do not guarantee any specific level when booking or making a request. The rates can and do change from one night to another depending on availability or specials that are put in place. Just like they do on agent website like booking.com, we are glad to hear that the staff had helped you get the cheaper rate direct with the property even though it was no longer showing on the website.

We arrived on Easter Friday long weekend after 3pm. Late check in procedure was informative, got in OK. Apartment was in higher floor with great view. This was the best we could get. Soon after we found out the dryer was not working, no chopping board supplied. Kitchen and bathroom cleaning supplies were at its minimum. We had to buy from Woolies ourselves.
The worst is yet to find out. At night, we discovered the beds were all just fitted with bed sheets. No blankets or duvets at all! We searched the entire apartment and found nothing. Rang up after hours service. The lady was helpful and she couldn’t believe there weren’t any blankets in the room. Moments later, she rang back and said she has spoken to the hotel manager and they couldn’t do anything about it as they were not on site and asked us to turn up the air con temperature to sleep through a rainy night that was only 15 degrees. I then insisted that the hotel manager should ring us back to give us a better explanation. So he did and claimed the daily washing supplies didn’t come due to shortage of staff. Something they could have told us before we arrived so we could at least bring our own sleeping bags! In the end, he managed to pull a duvet from another apartment and found some extra bed sheets and towels for us to sleep through the first night.
The two blankets arrived the next day and the dryer was fixed the day after. However, despite the repeat requests from us, we could never get another blanket from them.
Very bad experience, something I have never experienced in the past. For a 5-star accommodation, I thought they could do better than this. The lady from after hour service said she will request some sort of compensation/reimbursement for us with the bad experience we had on day 1. Nothing happened since then, no one from Qube contacted us. 5 stars facilities but very poor management!

Please know, Qube resort are self-contained apartments, we only supply initial supplies for your first night. We certainly have blankets onsite so I will address the issue with our housekeeping team. The rooms were modern, spacious and very clean, fully airconditioned and comfortable with all modern amenities. Location is fantastic - only a 1 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Only a 2 - 3 minute walk to the beach. Trams within 1 minute walk. Easy 10 minute walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Reception service was excellent with very courteous and obliging staff. Free parking. The 4th floor offers a swimming pool, spa pool, billiards room, table tennis, a gym and very spacious entertaining and BBQ areas. This is the best value hotel we have stayed in either on the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast. Would stay here again without a doubt.

We booked to stay here for Australia decides Eurovision 25th to 28th February 2022 , it was convenient to the venue across the road. We paid $180 per night for a non ocean view which I felt was on the expensive side but as it was new I thought let’s give it a chance. On reservation some 6 months ago we requested a room as high as possible We were very disappointed to be on floor 6 with a view blocked by the convention center across the road. I thought they have completely ignored our request. This building has over 40 floors The receptionist was cold not welcoming at all.
The facilities were great The room was nice The sound bar in front of the tv blocks the remote control to the TV
The room door doesn’t lock automatically so be careful to lock your door while your in your room as well as when you go out!
Noise from road and trams was noticeable which is part of the reason we had asked for a higher floor, as well as the view.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Being Broadbeach, it’s definitely quieter than Surfers itself. Lots of restaurants within a short walking distance We had a two bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was a great size for 2 adults and a toddler. We had the hinterland view and it provided great entertainment for our toddler with the trams zooming past. It’s not noisy at all. Decent sized bathrooms (both the same size), two TVs (living areas and main bedroom) and we also had a parking spot foc Got a great deal considering it was school holidays and they price matched and beat the price too. Stayed for > 7 days. High floor, ocean facing. Great facilities, I really do like the building with the pool, the common social area and the general layout of the apartment. It has a more modern feel and seems to be better maintained than the other neighbouring serviced apartment accommodation, which I've also stayed at. Having said that, the apartment was pretty dirty. The shelves in the cupboard covered my clothes and bags in thick dust. The balcony likely has never been cleaned owing to the amount of sand in the corners and sliding door rails. The glass for the sliding door was also filthy, which was a shame as the view of the ocean was incredible. I also didn't understand why the beds had no blankets, only a top sheet. We found thick blankets in the cupboards but they had never been washed and smelled of body odour. Fortunately the washing machine and dryer were serviceable (once you cleaned the lint trap yourself) so we washed the blankets ourselves. Whatever you do, try not look into the kitchen bin when you remove the bag of trash. The bin will smell, and it will be covered in a thick layer of gross garbage slime and filth. Otherwise the place was fine. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Compared to other apartments in the area I'd probably stay here again, hopefully someone in management reads this and has a word with their housekeeping, because it truly is awful and significantly degrades an otherwise great place to stay.

There is plenty of seating areas around the pool and it is quite a large pool. We've never had a complaint that it was too small.
Look forward to seeing you at Xmas.
Hi the 2 bedroom was a great size, we had a King bed and 2 singles, large kitchen, dining area, good size lounge area and an amazing terrace with table and chairs. Great holiday size even in wet weather.
There are more places to choose from in the Broadbeach area.
