Sub Penthouse 3br Apartment we stayed in could do with a bit of TLC in places but overall it was awesome and in a superb location.

Cons Noisy air con WiFi has a very short range - only works in the living area adjacent to the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Windows shutters don't shut out the light very well so woken up very early every day Cleaning wasn't very thorough (floors not mopped, toilets not cleaned etc) and only occurred once in a 9 day stay (though we were made aware of this at the start of our stay. Bar fridge door was open when we arrived due to massive lump of ice around the icebox and had leaked all over the floor Washing Machine also leaked.

We stayed for four nights in the premium two bedroom apartment and have no complaints regarding this room. The room was very spacious with two separate kitchens and living spaces, you could easily have two families stay and still both enjoy your own space. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. We required a chopping board for our room and they supplied it to us by the next morning. We will definitely be revisiting the Belle Maison again in the future and hope to make it an annual holiday.

👍Every year,sometimes twice a year we visit Broadbeach and stay at Belle Maison. We get a renovated 2 bedroom with ocean views. Out of holiday rates are very reasonable. Beds are large and comfy. Rooms are very spacious and for the two of us it’s great to have a bathroom each. Units are well situated to town centre and restaurants (few mins walk) and the beach is the same distance. An easy and level walk to Casino(10 min walk) and also to pacific fair shopping centre(15mins). Easy and secure parking. Units are on acreage with lovely gardens/pool. 👎I don’t think I have ever written a negative report but this was really the only thing I could fault…the bathrooms. Both needed the cleaners to pay a bit more attention to a slight build up of mould and soap scum in showers and around the basin taps could do with a scrub and bleach too. Unit in question was room 105 on the 24th floor. Even so we will visit again and recommend this place for holidays.

Very, very dated and d fashioned. Urine stained toilets, not very clean at all. Washer that couldn't take more than 2 towels before it stopped going round, as it is an unservised apartment you need to be able to wash. No extras like dishwasher tablets, detergent or toilet rolls, if you need extra toilet rolls tou can purchase at reception. The only saving grace was the outside. Very nice gardens

Repeat customer and have have fantastic stays but our last was very disappointing.
We stayed in a 2 Bedroom 'Premier' Ocean View each time. According to reception each unit is individually owned and the hotel 'manages' the unit. Therefore if you are unlucky you get a unit that the owner hasn't maintained and/or updated. If you are lucky you get the best stay ever.
The unit we got this time was straight out of the 80's, aging kitchen appliances, missing kitchen items, broken lights, and a toilet that even had a sign on how to flush 'hold down for 5 seconds' (to name a few). AC units are only in the living areas. Bedrooms have fans only. For a four and half star experience it was incredibly lacking.
In comparison the previous year the unit we received was modern, exceptionally fitted out and luxurious. Traveling with teens the two separate living areas was a blessing.
On a positive the apartment was very spacious, clean (except kitchen items), views are wonderful, bedroom and living areas comfortable (though outdated). Short walk down to the beach and local shopping area. Front desk staff were very helpful and able to rectify simple issues.
We tried to book the same unit we had the previous year, which was noted down but was advised there is no guarantee. So if you stay here- you need to be willing to gamble.

Don't recommend this place if you are not looking to pay extra over what you paid already. Very bad customer service from office staff and Geoff the Hotel Manager. We did not have access to WIFI and second set of keys which they simply said " you did not get charged for it". Milk inside the fridge were out of date. Very poor customer relation were the staff did not listen to your point and only repeated what they thought is correct. We were charged $50 cleaning fee after the dishwasher had issues washing the dishes. They claimed they have photo proof of the dishes being dirty however once requested, they rejected to share the pictures as " it doesn't show it properly". Very poor stay and wont recommend at all

Location great, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Apartment was a good size, but it was furnished with very chunky, heavy Balinese furniture that was very uncomfortable...and nothing like the photos on the website for the same type of apt. I know it's owned and rented out, but please consider your guests that are paying good money to occupy your space. No chair or lounge was comfortable to sit in, and whilst the bed was king size, the mattress was cheap and soft. Also advertised as air conditioned, take note only the lounge area had air con, the bedroom only had a fan and that was not sufficient in January....so sleeping was difficult. Disappointing!

A wonderful home away from home. Stayed in one bedroom first time on 4th floor. Place was enormous, clean and had everything you could want. The second visit was with my elderly mother in a 2 bedroom on the 10th floor. Like a palace. Huge rooms and great kitchen amenities as well as two living areas. Beds comfortable both trips.... and I'm fussy! I am due to visit next week but am having trouble contacting Booking.com as my state is in lockdown. I did have a cancellable room up until a few weeks ago, but now it's not. I've tried contacting via booking.com and also directly, but it seems booking.com don't want you to call them as I can not locate their number anywhere and Belle Maison won't deal with me unless I go through the initial booking agent. I am risking losing the money for 8 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment, so I'm very nervous and incredibly disappointed that I can get no help from anyone.

BE WARNED.. the pictures on their website are nothing like the actual rooms. They must have 1 renovated suite and the rest of the holiday rentals have a very dated fitout and furniture. Reception staff are sullen and unhelpful. Given the current lack of tourism dollars coming in at the moment, the disinterest from the staff to provide good customer service was very surprising. Definitely won’t be getting my repeat business.

We had 2 rooms, the 3bed sub pent house & 2bedroom ocean renovated apartment. The rooms are clean, large and spacious. They are a little dated but everything is in very good condition. All are equipped well, though the 3bed sub pent house was missing a few basics like washing basket & dish drying rack.
The wifi is pretty average, it does not cover the entire apartment. Foxtel is limited too. AC is good but we hardly used it. The 2bed did not have ac in the rooms.
Perfect location, 5mins walk max to beach, 5mins max to Oasis shopping centre. It was very quiet too, we never used the ac but could have the windows open and limited street noise.
I was concerned about staying here based on previous reviews around people being asked to leave due to making too much noise but we had no issues. I have 3 boys under 6 who can be a bit rowdy.
Highly recommend and we will be returning.

We had a 2 bedroom unit, one with a king bed, the other room 2 twin beds. The twin beds are quite narrow. The living room is spacious, but it's hard to expect to sleep on the narrow sofa which cannot be converted to a bed. Kitchen has all possible kitchenware you need, but some pans and pots may be old. Towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo, laundry liquid and dish washing liquid are provided.
There are more places to choose from in the Broadbeach area.
