Detailed Reviews
Family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers), we stayed on 16th floor in 2 bed 1 bathroom ocean view apartment. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very clean unit, good size with an amazing view of the sea and a nice balcony which was sheltered from the wind. As soon as the sun rises high enough the balcony is shaded for the rest of the day. Being East facing the sun is on the balcony and main bedroom in the morning so it can be quite bright despite the thick curtains if you aren't used to an early start.
well equipped kitchen complete with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Lots of cutlery, crockery and knives, etc. washing machine and tumble drier.
I'd suggest bringing a few kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, etc if you plan to cook and a few dishwasher tablets as only one is supplied. A few sachets of tea and coffee were supplied but the hotel does not replenish these during your stay.
Desk space was within the twin bedroom.
Small Gym, games room, lovely pool and proper (hot) outdoor hot tub, sauna and outdoor BBQ area which had basic equipment supplied.
Short walk to beach with SLS flagged area for swimming ( it was school holidays), and across the road to a major shopping centre - Pacific Fair.
My only suggestion would be to supply non-breakable plates for use by the BBQ and a vacuum for the carpets as we had no way of cleaning them while we were there.
We would love to return soon.

+1
We have stayed here before, great location from the higher up floor (19) was to cold to swim this time, pool area is very very clean as is the gym area and all common areas.
Suns on the balcony till about 11:30am then it’s completely shaded.
Complimentary car parking, bike rack as well if you take your push bikes.
Non smoking hotel, although we looked up and people were smoking on their balcony.
Gripe is the bed is to small, we are use to a king, this could have even been a double in this room.
My next gripe would be the bedroom needs a very good clean, this apartment is completely tiled I noticed under the bed which is on wheels it had at least a years supply of dust under it as did the draws and tall boy, now considering the year of Covid I’m sure there was plenty of down time and empty rooms to give this and all other rooms a spring clean!
Would I stay here again, yes, of course.

For about $140 a night we had a large modern apartment with a big balcony and uninterrupted views. The location is perfect being close to the beach, public transport, shops and a range of mostly expensive restaurants. For something a bit more downmarket the tram ride to SP takes about ten minutes. The walk takes an easy 35 minutes along the beach and is well worth doing. We were well pleased with the accommodation and would gladly return. The only negative for me was the paucity of towel rails and hooks in the bathroom.

We stayed here for 3 nights in apartment 163. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was great.
Decor was modern, clean and in good condition. Double glazed windows ensure there was no noise to disturb your sleep. Air-conditoned, free parking on-site and free wifi
Walking distance to the shops, beach, Tram, Oasis, and Kurrawa Surf Club. Excellent restaurants and cafes all within walking distance.
Fantastic ocean views as well. Thoroughly recommend this apartment

We picked the Ocean Pacific for its location for a short break after the borders opened and we were not disappointed. We requested a high floor with full ocean view and that was exactly what we got and it was just great to wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. The lovely ladies at the front desk were great and have first hand knowledge of some great local restaurants that once again didnt disappoint!!! The room was very clean as was the whole complex and the room was quite spacious. The location is fantastic, right across the road from Pacific Fair for shopping and The Star Casino, a couple of blocks from local eateries and most importantly just a block or 2 from the beach. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Apartment was on the 18th floor with a magnificent view of the beach. It was great to have breakfast on the balcony and it was well presented and spotless inside. Fully equipped kitchen, great bathrooms and comfy beds. Location perfect with 100m walk to the beach, 250m walk to PacifyFair and 500m walk to great restaurants. Light rail is so close and the airport bus drop off is at the same location and will cost about $7 one way. Would stay here again !!

At Broadbeach we normally stay at The Meriton but this was booked. After trying several other places we could find 5 nights at Ocean Pacific so we booked it. The positives: it had a lovely pool and beautifully warm spa. It was in a good location.
Not so good: A list of all the extras you would need to pay for is located at Reception. This made the place look cheap and tacky. Just add a few dollars onto the rate!
Unusually this place has a key to open the door. A very small balcony. Our request for a high floor wasn't acted upon, we were placed on Level 2 overlooking the pool area. No change of towels was difficult, you need a mini clean of the room at least. The tiles in the bathroom need removal, they were awful.

We have stayed here regularly over the last few years and have been disappointed to witness the slow decline of the property. Rooms are slowly getting more neglected- our room this year was missing blinds and a towel rail was just hanging on. The pool lights were NOT on after dark, even though the pool is open until 2100. I don’t think the new managers are improving the place, but rather, cost cutting & actively adding to the slow decline. I will be looking elsewhere for our next trip.

Great potential let down by the cheap and nasty couches and bedding. Beds about as comfortable as sleeping on the ground. Couches not much better. Considering these two pieces of furniture are where you spend 95% of your time when in the room it’s disappointing that these items are victims of cost cutting.
Considering every other metric was hard to fault my rating was well and truly dragged down by a sore backside from sitting on the couch, and sore shoulders and back from the poor nights sleep. Stayed for over a week, so not a review based on a single nights experience. Not sure we’ll be back

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We appreciate guests reporting any aspects of the apartments that they are not happy with so that we can take the necessary action required to ensure that they have an enjoyable stay. Sadly you didn't report your discomfort to us at the time of your stay even when you requested your desire to stay an extra night if we got a cancellation. We will certainly investigate your complaint at the change over of the next reservation and take any necessary action. We pride ourselves on excellent customer satisfaction which results in the excellent reviews we receive and we will certainly follow this up as all our beds are hotel 5 star rated and we haven't been advised from any other guests that the lounge suite was uncomfortable. Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you again at Ocean Pacific.

The view was good but the rest wasn’t, old style TV which had a big shadow on the screen, no instruction about getting Foxtell, no information about resort facilities, bathrooms needed updating, cupboard doors in main bathroom were rotting at the bottom, found a pair of old socks under the couch, mould on shower. As we didn’t get there before reception closed we were given an envelope with room number and keys and how to get the free wifi, we tried several times that night but couldn’t get on, when we checked with reception we were told that they had changed internet companies and hadn’t got around to updating these instructions. The kitchen was ill equipped with very little cooking equipment. It says heated outdoor pool and we were told it was heated and was a lovely 22 degrees, they are kidding, it’s winter! Smoke from next door or above prevented us from opening our sliding door, it was horrible. Never staying there again.

Not sure, but there's plenty room on the lounge. The lounge was flat and easily for someone to sleep on.
The apartment I stayed in was quite a good size. I'm sure the resort would have a fold out bed though..
But if not, the lounge would be ok
You would need to contact the Ocean Pacific but I am sure they would be able to assist.
Wifi was for free when I stayed a couple weeks ago. So they might've now changed the supply to customers..
