When we arrived we were welcomed with a warm drink and shown our rooms and the grounds in such a beautiful setting. Nothing was a problem and everything was thought of. Anita & Greg were great hosts. The Spa pool was a wonderful bonus. Anita told us the best nearby cafe and where to go for walks near the beach....

Anita was a wonderful and accommodating host who made certain that we were comfortable and made to feel welcome. The gardens were beautiful and the family pets were entertaining! We would recommend Copper Beech to any travellers wanting to spend time in the Christchurch area.

It was a pleasure to be Greg and Anita's guests for 3 nights. Very knowledgable and welcoming hosts who gave us heaps of tips regarding where to go, how to get there and what to do. It was lovely to come home to them and their gorgeous cat Shadow who loves a good pat. The room was plush and very...

A beautiful rural, palatial home set in lovely gardens. My bedroom had tasteful decor and had everything to cater for my needs. Anita & Greg were great hosts and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and part of the family. Everything was made easy. This is a very central location to quite a few neighbouring towns...

A lovely couple who gave us a very warm welcome and were genuinely interested in our trip - in spite of having to cope with their own wedding preparations a few days later! Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

We recently visited Christchurch for the purpose of attending a wedding. It was my first visit to New Zealand and an internet search led to booking accommodation at Copper Beach B&B. Well what an introduction and great first impression of NZ hospitality. Anita and Greg were just the perfect hosts and went out of their way to ensure that our...

Four of us spent a night here en route to Marlborough area. Just perfect if you have a late afternoon flight in, as only 30mins drive from Christchurch and easy to find. Anita and Greg were delightful hosts and made us all feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Shared bathroom, but we were aware of that when booking. Excellent...

What a wonderful welcoming place to stay. Anita and Greg made me feel part of the family. Lovely grounds to explore or sit and read a book. Close to town and the beach. Would love to make a return visit one day. Can't say enough good things about this B and B.

We used Copper Beech as our base at the start and end of a five week tour around New Zealand over Christmas and New Year 2012/13. I'm so glad we found it as it really completed the holiday experience for us. Greg and Anita were such warm and welcoming hosts and we felt instantly at home on our arrival. We...

We can basically say ditto to absolutely everything that Lynn G from Edinburgh has just said! We arrived on the date she wrote her review, glad that it was only a short drive from the airport (though I would recommend getting directions as it took us longer than the 20 minutes it should have) and we are looking forward to...
