The connoisseurs choice of where to stay in Arthurs Pass National Park - Geoff & Renee welcome you to share their comfortable home with them & also their extensive knowledge of the area & South Island as a whole. Supper was delicious (& my special requests accommodated) then the Scrambled Eggs with Salmon & Spinach & a touch of Harissa...

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We've been enjoying making our own Harissa and experimenting with it, we're pleased it hit the mark for you. Hope we see you again up our way here in Arthur's Pass National Park. Cheers, Renee and Geoff

We stayed here after a day of walking in the region and were first welcomed with a pot of tea! After a couple of months away from home this was heaven! The room we had was nice and spacious and we were encouraged to use the lounge and browse a big book collection! We had a special breakfast cooked by...

We're so glad you enjoyed the special French breakfast. I don't think we can compete with genuine french made crepes, better stick to to our pancakes! Thank you for coming to stay. Cheers, Renee and Geoff

I had a great stay with Renee and Geoff in early March. I had not realized it, but I had paid for 2, but it was just me and Renee pointed that out to me. Such a pleasure to deal with friendly, helpful and honest people. I had wonderful supper with the hosts and their 'woofers', who were fun. The...

During our 16 days trip in South Island, we stayed at 3 B&B's. The first two were so bad that my husband kept asking me if I could cancel my reservation at the last B&B especially it's the last night we would spend in NZ before flying home. I didn't even try to do so because it's a commitment I...

After a tiring Heaphy trek with our little baby, we really felt pampered and welcomed in this beautiful, cosy B&B with splendid hosts. We received a wealth of information about trekking in NZ, great breakfast that helped us all the way up to Avalanche Peak and a bed and shower that were the most comfortable thus far on our trip...

We stayed two nights and had the preference to enjoy Renée`s and Geoff`s special lunch pack and the delicious dinner ! The stay was in family atmosphere and will stay in good memory. I prefered the Avalanche Peak for hiking.

This was my second 2-night stay with Renee and Geoff. The first was in 2010 during the first month they were open and this time was within a month of their re-opening after the devastating fire and rebuilding. So glad they did because they are the warmest, most generous and most knowledgeable hosts imaginable. I was travelling alone on public...

We arrived for a 2 night stay knowing that the weather was likely to be against us. Having had a delightful dinner and evening with Renee and Geoff we were delighted, following Geoff's advice, to fit in a couple of dry walks the following day before the expected thunderstorm. They made us feel part of the household immediately and went...

We - two brothers of 33 & 35 from Norway doing a three-day trip to New Zealand - stayed with Geoff & Renee for one night in January 2016. (We were almost their first guests following the reopening of their B&B after the fire in 2014.) Staying with them was such a great and memorable experience. Geoff and Renee are...

We spent seven weeks in New Zealand (March/April 2014) and our stay at Arthur's Pass B&B was one of the highlights.
