My trip to Hotel Arigalan did not only refresh me, but also opened my eyes to the vast beauty of Mazunte, Oaxaca. Hotel Arigalan staff is very accommodating, helpful, and sweet . If you are a lover of nature, surfing, sea turtles, yoga, or just finding your peace by the ocean, this is a good place for you. The coast...

We actually chose this wonderful hotel because of the great Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed! Although the views are spectacular and the location fabulous, overlooking two gorgeous beaches -- the best part is the hostess, Rose. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and part of the community of guests. This is the place...

Rose has a eye for spectacular views and does a fantastic job of making her guests feel welcome and comfortable. Arigalan sits high above Mazunte without losing a closeness to the beauty around. A walkway to the beach below provides easy access to miles of surf with restaurants and plenty of places to chill.

Amazing hotel. Definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back again in the near future. Conveniently located right between both beaches with breathtaking views of the ocean from the rooms. Make it a habit to get up and watch the sun rise- you wont be disappointed! Even did some whale watching from the hammocks. Rose was very helpful...

Rose is the heart of Posada Arigalan, caring, helpful, and dedicated to make your stay comfortable. If you are looking to escape from normal tourist traps, enjoy nature, quietness, and a perfect view of the ocean, this is the place. Very comfortable and simple setting with the joy of a small bathing pool to cool down from the humid hot...

Our family recently stayed at hotel Ariglan for several weeks and even after the hurricane Carlotta's devastating wrath in the area, it was inviting, comfortable and so enjoyable. We met many lovely people from all over and of course Rose is the perfect hostess! She is so knowledgable and helpful and gives so much of herself that we fell in...

I would recommend POSADA ARIGALAN to travelers who are looking for a bit more comfort than backpacker accomodation and are willing to spend a bit more but would still like to stay within a moderate budget. Arigalan is your basic, modest but nice, small, Mexican hotel type of place- but the AC, terraces, large room size, refrigerator, lock box for...

I really liked Posada Arigalan. The room I had was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and style in a simple way that doesn't detract or make you forget about the place you came to visit. It had a small porch with two wooden chairs and a table, a full-sized bed, wooden drawers, cement shelves and mirrors. The shower, sink and...

Posada Arigalan has been such a haven for me over the years, with it's breathtaking views, clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. And her yoga space overlooking the Pacific is the perfect place to practice yoga each morning with its continuous, gentle sea breeze. The hotel's charm and character are unlike any other posada in Mazunte - mostly thanks...

I stayed at Rose's, Posada Arigalan, last year for a month. At night, I fell asleep to the waves and in the morning I awoke to see the sunrise over the ocean. Every room has a spectacular view. I stayed in one of the affordable cabins as I was taking a month long course at nearby Agama, which is a...
