Visited here last night with the GF who was treating me to a Birthday food... I've been here before and was pleased to see the restaurant had been refurbished with a more cozy feel to it. The service was efficient and very friendly and the food was served in an appropriate time. The food was lovely and the portion size...

We stayed here after visiting the Battle of Bosworth Heritage Centre and received really friendly service from all the staff. The food was delicious and the decoration of the restaurant is gorgeous. The pub is very quaint too and spent most of the night in there. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The room was really clean but...

My partner ordered the mixed grill at £19.99, this so called meal consisted of -12 chips, horrendous fatty mess of belly pork, chicken breast which I would hazard a guess measured 1 inch by 3, 3 overdone baby tomatoes , and the tiniest size steak and 1 sausage. On complaining to the staff they acknowledged and agreed with me that...

We last stayed here 3 years ago and enjoyed it - so we came back. Not many things have changed, but we still had the problem of noisy guests in the room above (in the attic, no carpet so feet and furniture are easily heard). Also, oddly, no side plates are provided at breakfast, so you can end up buttering...

We stayed here every week for a year whilst working in nearby Hinckley. The Royal Arms was our oasis of calm after work every day - a warm welcome awaited every evening at the bar and the food was excellent. The bedrooms are fine - some smarter than others but all are comfortable. Ask for one which has the bedroom...

My husband and I visited with our children and my parents for a drink and a meal. The staff were rude and obnoxious, we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the meal and a member of the management team eyeballed us throughout until we asked if there was anything wrong. The food was below par particularly when considering the...

We booked a table here for 3pm. Our table was not ready when we arrived, but we were shown to the bar to gets drinks and brought crisps and dips to keep us going. The table still wasn't ready so our food order was taken at the bar, but this wasn't a problem as we were all seated and relaxed....

Me and my family visited for a sunday lunch the pub/restaurant is set in a very picturesque village. We sat in the garden having a drink which was very well maintained and pleasant. A great selection of alcoholic beverages me being a peroni drinker was very happy to see it was on tap. I found the staff most welcoming and...

The staff at this hotel were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of car parking space. However, we had booked a twin room, as stated on our booking confirmation, and had even added an extra note stressing that we needed a twin not a double as we were mother and daughter rather than a couple; but we...
