We stayed here in 2001 so we decided to return this trip. We chose to stay here two nights because of the location. The B&B is a beautiful home on a big farm not far from Omagh. Big room with a bathtub and a king size bed. Breakfast was excellent, some of the best scones we had on the entire...

We travelled around Ireland North and South for 6 days. We had been recommended to Greenmount Lodge by an acquaintance. It was definitely the best B&B we stayed at on our trip and up with any we have stayed at in the UK over the years. Lovely remote setting, beautiful large room with all conveniences, welcoming hosts and great breakfast.

I stay here at least four times per year while traveling on business. It is a welcome, home away from home! The food is fantastic. The rooms and linens are sparkling clean! The large family rooms are great for visiting with friends and family. It's the closest thing to home as it gets.

The room had cobwebs all over. The toilet kept running. King bed was two singles pushed together. Blind broken in bathroom. Owner/caretaker very rude. Refused to give us the password for the wifi. Would not answer door even though she was sitting there watching tv. Called us early in the morning insisting that we came to breakfast then or not...

Set in farmland, Greenmount Lodge that has seen better days, will suit if you are looking for a peace and quiet, but bring your evening meal with you, as there is nothing nearby! Our visit started off badly, with a room that was far too hot, being above the kitchen (AGA stove no doubt), and the next room offered had...

I had a good experience at the Greenmount Lodge. Although the rooms and the décor was a bit out dated, the bed rooms are very large, as is the breakfast area. The bed rooms contain comfortable beds and day sofa and a desk. Each room has a bathroom with shower /bath. The breakfast was very good and proprietress ensured everything...

I was amazed when I read some of the recent reviews. Do some people not check the internet before they book to find out where the place is situated. I found the directions on the website easy to follow. Checking via Google View also helps. In deciding how I rate a guesthouse I take account of what can be expected...

The Greenmount is located well away from town. It is very quiet and pastoral. The host was pleasant and had a detailed knowledge of local history. The only downside is that the closest restaurant is a few miles away and it is not very good.
