I like staying here, its cheaper that some of the other options and the rooms are lovely. I also like the food, especially the mushroom starter. Also a good choice of local whisky. The only downside is no 02 phone signal, you can use the free wifi to communicate.

We dropped in for lunch at this hotel which has obviously been recently refurbished at some cost and the restaurant was comfortable and looked fresh and new, but the quality of the food was, I am afraid, pretty poor. My meal was the best of the three - deep fried scampi - but the accompanying chips, although clearly home made...

This hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but once inside the welcome, the rooms and the breakfast are very good. We stayed in a family room with two young children which was fine. The staff are very helpful and happy to make recommendations of where to visit and eat.

We met up with some friends and had a coffee and cakes and a good old blether, the place is great and the staff are really friendly, we have been a few times over the years and it's always a great welcome and there home made shortbread is brilliant.

Visited the Aberlour Hotel for a bar meal having never been there before. Through the front door to the reception desk I asked if they served bar meals, thankfully they did and I was given a menu. Unfortunately I wasn't advised where the bar was but eventually found a table and sat down. Having waited over 30 minutes for my...

Don't be put off - the outside of the building right in the centre of the village looks pretty ordinary but it's a wee gem. Stayed just the one night and took 4 rooms. We'd happily go back to, and recommend, this friendly hotel that offers good value and is kept to a high standard. Everyone remarked how clean and...

Aberlour is a charming village in the Speyside area. The Aberlour Hotel sits right on the high street in the center of town quite literally next door to most things. Not super expensive, but not a bargain, either. Celebrations: the room we stayed in was on the top floor. A double en suite. Clean, updated bathroom. Bed comfy. Breakfast service...

It looks better from the inside than from the outside. Don't get fold by the outside or the public rooms of this hotel. The rooms are very good. Clean and everything you need. The only thing I can say about the room is, that it was little bit to small. But good enough to stay for one night.

The 4 of us did not made any reservation for dinner. After checking the web for restaurants suggestions, we went to the Mash Tun, but it was fully booked. They recommended us to try the restaurant at the Aberlour Hotel. So off we went. When we arrived at the hotel restaurant, it was literally empty, we were a little hesitant...

Saved the day at short notice when we prolonged our stay in Speyside by one night. Lovely bedroom with comfortable bed and modern en suite bathroom. Lounge bar space limited but good range of whiskies. Full Scottish breakfast was excellent but service a little slow.
