I stayed a week in an apartment and enjoyed my getaway. The reception staff are polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there are plenty of blankets. Another air conditioner in each bedroom would be a good idea, although the big aircon in the lounge was able to warm my entire apartment. The barbeque area is secluded and quiet. The gym is excellent. Supermarkets, shops, and bus stops are within easy walking distance. I admit I put some effort into cleaning the oven and emptying the lint filter in the washing machine but not everyone is as picky as I am. (The previous guest seems to have been rather careless.) I appreciated the beautiful Chinese antiques dotted around, and the artworks in my apartment contributed to the restful ambiance.

This apartment was large, a little tired butvery functional for a 4 night stay. Daily servicing was available although all we wanted was rubbish removal and fresh linen. Quality of linen particularly towels was sensational, beds and pillows were great. Wifi was good and free.
The downsides were cutlery not a complete setting for 4 and no bread an butter plates. Also the only restaurant open was Indian the others appeared to be permanently closed.

Stayed two nights, we had to be moved after a few hours as the aircon was dripping onto the carpet. Put into a two bedroom unit one floor down with the master bedroom and onsuite shut off. Had to get the bedroom and onsuite opened as the other bathroom had no hook for the shower rose. Rose and hose wrapped around the soap tray. No service for two nights so had to ask reception for toilet paper. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Property's Favourite Review
Rooms were a little older but has everything you need. Clean and tidy. Highlight was the excellent and helpful staff. Nothing was too hard. Multiple question before and during the staff and most if all they were flexible with availability. I checked in at 10am and checked out at 12.30pm which was amazing as I was travelling interstate!

Rude Manageress. The most arrogant attitude.On the Tuesday 4th April 2023 I delivered a gift basket 3 hours before my guests arrived and politely requested to the zManageress and her assistant that it be delivered to their room. Didn’t happen. I asked if she could book us a table at the in-house Chinese restaurant for that night. She said No the restaurants are independent of the hotel. I asked for the phone number which she gave me. I rang the restaurant twice and the call diverted back to the hotel. On my third try The Manageress answered at the hotel and the smugly said that the restaurant doesn’t open on Tuesdays. My Taiwanese guests arrived and along with their luggage they had to carry the large gift basket to their room. Dusty, broken kettle, ants in the kitchen sink, no aircon in the bedrooms only on lounge. Small pedestal fan in wardrobes. No fly screens and no Netflix or internet. A black vinyl with most of the vinyl on the cushions peeled away leaving stained thread bare Sofa with rips and cracks on the rest. Filthy carpet and dirty windows. Real 3rd world. Doesn’t anyone inspect the rooms and do they have cleaners at all? I left a message asking the Manageress to call me but as you would expect nothing happened until I once again had to follow her up. she was very evasive as to anything being wrong but finally agreed the sofa was not acceptable. Later that day it was eventually swapped with one in minimally better condition. With the Asian owner having inherited this Hotel from his parents and a history of his total disregard of customer service and disrespect for his patrons is it any wonder his Manageress is so obnoxious to the guests. I would recommend never stay there tell your friends and family the same. As a tip to the Manageress I would say go get a job where you don’t have to deal with people or get some help in the form of training in hospitality. Springwood Tower prides itself on providing clean and comfortable accommodation, along with providing a high level of customer satisfaction. We would have loved the opportunity to discuss and provide clarity on the points you have mentioned or the opportunity to assess and rectify any issues during your guest’s accommodation. The concern of the lounge was brought forward, which was agreed to be unacceptable and was rectified as soon as possible. Both bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Used soap and toiletries from previous guests were still in the shower, and showers, toilets & basin where all dirty.
We arrived just before reception was closing so was unable to report until the morning. Full report was left with reception and they were going to have housecleaning clean it all that day. As we were at work all day, we did not return until evening and found that nothing had been done except to replace our towels. Reported to reception but as housekeeping had already left for the day, nothing could be done. Would have expected to be moved to another room but they said that was not possible.
While at work the next day, received a phone call apologising and that the entire room would be cleaned that day including changing of bedding. On return, found that only one bed had been changed. Bathrooms were cleaned but used toiletries and soap from previous guest was still there. They left us a voucher for 2 drinks as compensation. Will not be staying here again. Not very nice sleeping and showering in other people's filth. Below standard housekeeping.

We got to the hotel and they immediately messed up and got our room wrong there was only one queen bed instead of two when we booked a two single bed room, I ended up sleeping on the floor. No one could get to bed as-well because there where drunk people keeping everybody up outside. There are about 20 car parks for hotel residence which is not near enough the only food thing about this hotel was the gym

If you're able to throw out any expectations of a decent hotel stay, then this place will be the one for you.
Chipped in for a room to spend a night out with the girls, and I immediately regretted my suggestion. We walked into a lifeless lobby that remained unattended for a disappointingly long time. Finally upon checking in, as soon as we entered the hallway to our room, we fought off a pungent scent we found coming from the carpet.
Although the room sizes were quite large, the furniture and state of the interior was daunting with a stale feel. Immediately upon seeing the beds and lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, I refused to return to this room to sleep. Departed before setting down my bag.
There was NO Gaming or Bar as advertised.
Overall, I hold myself responsible for ignoring the flags raised by others. May have been a series of unlucky occurrences, but I wouldn't do it again.

Stayed in two bedroom apartment with three adults. After an extremely difficult drive we arrived exhausted at the complex. We had phoned ahead to book for two nights. The weekend receptionist’s first words were I’ll need photo I’d and a credit card. Not Welcome to the hotel! When we got to our room we discovered she had only booked us for one night! I went down the next morning to arrange the additional night and the reception staff was fabulous. She quickly amended the booking and the keys. She arranged for the missing forks and bowl to be replaced and recommended somewhere close by for breakfast. It is a shame that the reception area smells like the Indian restaurant on site, but perhaps that can’t be helped. I would visit this hotel again, but not on a weekend.

I understand you were a little displaced after such a long journey & we're sorry to hear you believe you weren't adequately greeted. Please be assured that our staff are greeting all guests & residents approaching reception as there are offices, restaurants, residential & hotel guests onsite, so we must determine the means of their visit prior to assisting them further. I have spoken with the staff member in question, who was distressed to hear this & did reiterate that she had not heard you and amongst apologising for the error, she assured you it was possible & simple to complete the extension for which you did the following morning. We stayed here for a week recently in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, and could not fault the room at all. The bathroom had a washing machine; clothes dryer and laundry sink. A fully equipped good size kitchen with all appliances as well. All the staff were very friendly and easy to deal. We would have no hesitation in staying here in the future.
