Nice little motel close to Shops and Chadswood shopping precinct. Very neat and clean motel with modern facilities. Great price. Manager was very helpful in assout of hour arrival. Due to Covid restaurant was not open. Many restaurants close.

We were looking for somewhere within a reasonable distance of a family funeral. Sad occasion but the Springwood Motor Inn provided the quiet place we needed. Lovely clean room with fresh linen, lovely garden outside our room and the chance to get a meal we could microwave in our room rather than struggle out to find a cafe or restaurant. Nice to provide such a simple version of room service.

I love the old style motel set ups, for their park at the door convenience, roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, and privacy. These guys still deliver brekky to your door, have a mini bar in the room, and have a bar in the reception / lobby area. I really like these places.

I originally booked 3 nights accommodation, but thankfully needed to check out a day early (still waiting on my refund for the third night and hoping it's simply a case of banking delays, trusting it to come through).
This motel is in a pretty dodgy area. The courtyard behind the room is not private and can be accessed by anyone, as is what happened on the first night. I could hear people walking by the glass sliding door (it's gravel, so very noisy). I did not feel safe. I awoke early the next morning and caught them attempting to get into my car. As a lone female traveler, this was extremely disconcerting.
Their website explicitly states that wifi is an included facility, yet upon checking in, the booklet in the room states "Due to poor internet connectivity, we do not advertise that we have free wifi. Staff will not tolerate abuse". I literally booked this motel because it stated that wifi was available and I have a business to run. Very disappointing.
Check in is stated for 2pm, yet I received a text message at 1.30pm that they were closing up for the day so I needed to pick my keys up from a lockbox. When I did need to call and speak to reception, they were closed and I got the afterhours line, they didn't really know what they were doing and just told me the morning staff would sort it out (this was for checking out a day early). As someone who worked in hotels for 2 years on the front desk, an early check out is something ANYONE answering the phone, afterhours or not, needs to know.
Lastly, the room smellt of cigarettes and there were literal holes in the sheets. About the size of pencil in diameter.
Very poor stay overall. Would not go back.

This is a nice hotel, we originally booked 3 nights, but we added a fourth.
Easy access to and from the M1. Shopping centre nearby. Movie theatre within approx 7km. Microwave in room.
Hubs went for a walk and found a great nearby cafe where he returned with breakfast the first day and we went there the next day too. Chillax Cafe it is called.
We enjoyed their pool. Later in the day check-in for us and we had no problems accessing their key box and retrieving our room key. Laundry facilities and clothes horse in the room. Nice outdoor seating area. We'd book it again when in the area.

Stayed at Motel last night. When we arrived staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us ideas for several restaurants nearby within walking distance. Rooms were quite big and very clean. Breakfast was nice and on time. Definitely stay again.

I stayed here about 12 months ago and it was OK. I had to go back to Springwood for work and decided to book a superior room. Thats the WOW. Fantastic place now and staff and management have changed for the better. Friendly and helpful to my requests. I will be back next time im in Brisbane. Give it a go

Im sorry to say I didnt have a good experience here.
For $120 per night I wasnt expecting much. I chose the accommodation due to location being close to vet specialist. I had been up since 3am so all I needed was a comfy bed to sleep in. Unfortunately, the bed had a steady supply of ants crawling over it. Im not one to be bothered by one or two ants, but they kept appearing....so I decided to see where they were coming from....I didnt find the source of the ants, but I did find a picture magazine under the mattress, and a chunk of cake under the table.....
The room itself was tired, rundown, with stained curtains.
When I called reception, assistance was prompt and friendly. I asked to change rooms, but all were booked. I asked for a refund and to check out. I was allowed to do so with a full refund and apologies offered from the staff. The receptionist also offered to help me find elsewhere to stay, which I thought was nice.
If staying here, my advice would be to ask for one of the renovated rooms, as mine wasnt.
Although my experience wasnt great, a thank you to the helpful staff.

Friendly staff and the room is value for money but it really annoys me when the TV/remote don't work properly and there are only free to air channels on the TV. For want of a decent TV this could have been a much nicer experience...
