We stayed in room 201 (2nd floor) with a King bed & balcony which was wheelchair accessible with a threshold ramp. There was ample room on both sides of the bed but would be better if the two lounge chairs and small table were removed from the room. There was insufficient room under the bed for a hoist. There were 2 mirrors in the room & one in the bathroom, that were all at the correct height for a seated person. The bathroom had a LH transfer toilet, fold down shower seat, shower hose and wheel-under sink. The toiletries on the wall were too high to access, and it would benefit from a shelf or removable trolley in the bathroom to place your toiletries. Staff were extremely helpful. There's a designated wheelchair undercover car park.

Friendly & pleasant receptionist. Easy to find. Located within walking distance or short drive to shopping malls & food places. Great underground parking. Room & bathroom were clean & bed was comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. Air conditioning system above the bed was good but is a bit noisy. Plates & cups located in a low cupboard. Hard to reach plates located towards the back of the cupboard. Ironing board & iron were good. The room key card had to be inserted several times to operate the lift. Other stayers had the same issue. Overall a great stay.

Lovely staff and easy access, good soundproofing, nice shower and bath.
Mattress was springy and uncomfortable and restaurant wasn't open for breakfast or on sundays/mondays.
I stayed for a week and the bed was never changed or made unless I made it myself. The towels and bathroom stuff was replaced and cleaned daily.

The hotel was centrally located for my purposes with access to the major retail food shopping centres and restaurants. The reception area was clean and the reception hours were great. The staff were friendly and had a "can do" attitude. One smallish issue which I reported was addressed within minutes.
The room was clean and serviced as agreed. Parking was available and the 4WD hire car navigated in and out without a problem, unlike some hotel parking spots where it is a challenge to park an E Scooter.
Only small issue , which I forgot to report, was a leak in the shower head which unfortunately sprayed all over the bathroom floor.
Overall seamless experience from online booking through to check out and receiving the final invoice.

in room 705 the bed was so hard sleeping on the ground would of being more comfortable. i did report this in the evening and the American receptionist did come up with some donas to sleep on. The other family member had a soft mattress top on her bed but it only went across 3/4 of the bed so uneven to sleep on. the light didn't work on the bedside, i didn't report that till the morning and the air-con took about 40 mins to start to turn on and heat the room. couldn't go out on the balcony as you got a face full of cigarette smell as soon as you opened the door. very disappointment for the amount of money spent per night.

We stayed here as a last minute booking on our way back from Brisbane to home in NSW as our car broke down on the M1 not long into our trip. The reception staff were absolutely lovely when we called around 6.00pm trying to find somewhere to stay for the night once we broke down nearby. They provided us with a great room that was very clean and well presented. Check in was easy and they were very understanding of the situation. In the morning, we had to wait for a mechanic to come and help and they were more than happy to provide us with a late check out with no additional cost. We also had takeaway for dinner from the restaurant downstairs and it was FABULOUS! Would definitely recommend and stay again

If you are considering this hotel for a business trip or a holiday, think twice. My recent stay was a disaster from start to finish, with the reality being far from the claims made on their website.
Here are the issues we encountered:
Non-functional Air Conditioning: The room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioning did not work.
Poor Lighting: The room was dimly lit with only night lamps; there wasn't a single bright light in the entire room.
Hidden Charges: No pricing information was provided for extra food and beverages, leading to a shocking bill upon checkout.
Malfunctioning Elevators: The elevators wouldn’t work properly with the room key cards. It took multiple attempts—sometimes up to 10 times—just to move between floors.
Nonexistent Customer Service: No one answered the phone when we called for assistance.
Unprofessional Check-in Process: We were checked in by a security guard who not only took our card details but also overcharged us. He openly admitted that he had no information about the hotel's policies or services and was only there to collect money and hand over keys.
Lack of Basic Amenities: There was no microwave, no working AC, and no functioning phone service.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Only stayed for one night, but suited the purpose for our visit. I would certainly consider staying there again. It is within walking distance to the shopping centre and the bus station, making exploring the area easy. Breakfast was reasonably priced, although we didn't partake.
