This is more of a restaurant with rooms than a hotel. The rooms are small, clean and cosy, and very, very, warm. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is adequate, but not particularly exciting, by my taste anyway. We ate at the restaurant one evening, it's very popular, probably one of the best places in the village, with a...

-The wifi didn't work in our room the whole time we were there, despite us complaining on 3 occasions, they did nothing about it - The 1 bathroom between 4 people was tiny and didn't have a curtain - The plug sockets were in the most unhelpful places - The ski locker room didn't have a working lock - To...

The location of this cute little hotel is just perfect. You can not only ski in and out but its also a less than five minute walk to the shops (including ski hire shops) and restaurants. We went out for a long weekend from the Netherlands and were on the slopes by 12:00 in the afternoon on the day of...

We used to LOVE Les Airelles. It has been a favourite spot for the last 10 years of ski holidays in Les Carroz but we are DONE! The staff are horrible and the quality had fallen so far below standard that it is embarrassing. Such a disappointment

We tend to eat here most days at lunchtime, it is very convenient when collecting the children from lessons at the bottom of the telecabine. Good variety of food available, plat du jour is usually a great option and ranged from amazing Tartiflette, to quite delicious moules mariniere! Perfectly friendly service from all the staff, and it was great to...

All in all, we find Les Airelles a good experience with really friendly staff, a quick transfer from Geneva airport, a good location in Les Carroz, a great location to ski from the door, reasonably comfortable & with a really cosy alpine style (all wooden) restaurant.

We stayed at Les Airelles for a long weekend in early February 2015 & there was a lot of snow which made for a few ideal days of skiing. Some of the recent reviews of this hotel left us feeling apprehensive about what to expect when we arrived. However, we found the hotel owners very welcoming, the hotel & our...

Lovely position at the bottom of the slopes. Restaurant overpriced. Poor service - on first visit, waited 30 mins for Luke warm hot chocolate. Second visit waited 20 minutes for order to be taken then told to move to another table as. A bit disconcerted watching the waitress load bread into a basket from a plastic box outside, drop it...
