It really depends on the reason for your visit as to the review I could give.. after a very busy and hectic 3 months constantly on the move I wanted somewhere to stay for two nights which was relaxing, quiet and peaceful. This is exactly what this resort is! The room was very basic but included everything I needed, I... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the resort, in the hotel rooms, the approach to the resort is stunning its own pier with clear blue waters and white sand beach! The welcome was great staff very friendly, their is two restaurants one for breakfast- breakfast was fried rice, noodles, hot dog sausages, fried egg, pancakes or French toast and you... More

stayed here six nights with my family (two small children) in a poolfront bungalow (clean) and we had a great time! the beach is very beautifull and shallow, nice drop-off for good snorkling the restaurant serves simple but good meals but is a bit overpriced the setback is that the whole resort is very outdated and needs some major mantainence!... The location was fantastic for me! Snorkeling off the beach was great and there was a lot of beach with lots of shade and never a chair shortage! The pool was nice and kept very clean as were the grounds. Hornbills visited every morning and evening. The food in the restaurant was good. Most boats to other islands leave from... More

Can't comment on value for money because I stayed here as part of a pre-booked group tour so I'm not sure how much it cost, but this was a very average resort. The wifi barely worked and the rooms were clean but not very nice. However the breakfast buffet and restaurant were nice, and it was great being right on... More

This hotel can be great or terrible. If your looking for quiet and calm you've come to the right place. The place is very isolated, separated from the main beach. During daytime it's wonderful with with free kayaking and snorkeling but in the evenings it can become boring. The restaurant is OK but not more than that. The rooms without... More

Nice, a bit isolated location. Distance to ocean max. 20 metres from bungalows and rooms. No traffic, no cars, no hassle. Small trail connects the place to main beach, even if it is defenitely a no-go after dark. This limits the dinner possibilities to resorts own restaurant. Nevertheless, this is island : ) Staff is ok, even if you have... More

The place has a good location for picture perfect frames, the water and sky are clear and blue, the sand is white and palm trees are many! Around the island are many smaller islands which gives an amazing view! Kayaking and snorkeling was on point! Many beautifully colored fish around the pier!! The staff are nice and friendly but only... More

This is our first trip to Thailand, so bookings places to stay was always going to be hit and miss. The reviews we saw for Koh Ngai Resort were generally good, and the prices were competitive in comparison with other places on the island. So we booked three nights there. As our holiday approached and we went back on Trip... More
