This place is magnificent! I cannot believe some of the previous reviews. It's simply outstanding. We arrived with about 5 groups of people checking in so granted the girl at the front desk was a little rushed, but she has since been so lovely and accomodating. We were in a unit at the back but upgraded to a bungalow with...

I really feel that this place has suffered unfairly from a couple of negative reviews. Had I seen these before booking I would have gone elsewhere and missed out on this lovely place. We had bungalow L01 for our three night stay and while we didn't pay for a beachfront bungalow we still got a sea view . To be...

I think the last few reviews are unnecessarily harsh, perhaps the weather affected their perception. We had a plain and simple bungalow (it is only 3 star) but it was clean, air-conditioned, quite roomy and comfortable. It was cleaned efficiently every day and all the staff were friendly especially the receptionist Teow. I was especially grateful that the room and...

Stayed here from the 31st of December till 3rd jan 17. Location is fantastic, although it was pretty poor weather for the whole stay with overcast and rain every day. But that apart the accommodation was the worst we stayed in on our two weeks travelling around!! Yes i knew the accommodation was beach huts and was probably going to...

Great central position on main (almost only) beach on Koh Ngai. The resort has a wide beach front area. Beautiful soft sandy beach with lovely clear warm water. Very striking and the main attraction of the island. Accommodation: A little disappointing for the price. Large room was comfortable but sparse - no storage and the decor tired. The day bed/...

We have travelled Thailand extensively- and are always encouraged by the warm welcome received where ever you go. But not here. There was no warm welcome at this hotel reception. The lady was very dismissive, not in the least warm, she could barely be bothered to speak! We had requested a room facing the sea, but were given a room...

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and uncomfortable for your stay. I hope it was just some misunderstood and miscommunication between you and our staff. On the part of beach cleanliness, our resort try our best to keep the beach and area around. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for this matter.

We staid here for 4 nights. The Bungalow was clean, have air conditioner and fan, minibar, but no Safe. The Safe is at the reception. At the entrace of the Bungalow stand two beach chears and a table. For 100 thb you can rent equipment for snorkeling. The crew is very friendly and allways help. We book our further travel...

We didn't stay at the hotel but we came twice to eat at the beach restaurant. Food was not cheap but the service was very efficient (one of the best I have seen in Thailand so far) and very attentive. The BBQ was really delicious, French fries and salads as well. Thai food was good but I would most definitely...

I had not heard of Koh Ngai, but it was recommended through a friend and I am so glad I went! what a wonderful island......very quiet, unspoiled and charming people. I did not wear shoes for 4 days....complete relaxation! The hotel was very relaxing and the beach bungalows are basic but clean. The location on the beach is perfect, and...

We chose this resort because of the beautiful photos we saw on variuos reviews. When we got there we were greeted by Alice at reception with such a warm welcome that we knew we were in good hands! From then on all the staff we came across were professional, friendly and just couldn't do enough for us. The waiting staff...
