I recently stayed at the Royal Decameron with my family in January. Our group had a mixture of ages ranging from 20 year olds to a couple in their 70`s. I can honestly say that for the money we paid ($1200 for 1 week) I do not have any complaints. The rooms are basic but as we were not in...

We just got back from the Decameron 2 days ago and had a great time. We were very impressed by the grounds and staff. We stayed in block 6 which was nice and quiet. We spent most of our days at the block 5 pool as it was the adults only pool. We are a couple in our 30's and...

Overall: Best deal in Mexico for an all inclusive resort. Great for Adults - mostly quiet, even in Block 4. The A/C noise effectively muffled any outside noise. There were some kids, but not too many. Activities: Boogy boards, windsurfs, small sailboat, bicycles, tennis courts, kayaks, etc were all included, making this a very good deal. Bikes: The bikes were...

I went to the Decameron with two other girls for a get-away in early June. It was a very nice place, the food and rooms were very nice. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Puerto Vallarta was kind of a far drive, about a 20 dollar cab ride, but the good price for the hotel was worth it. Bucieras...

This is a great resort. We were two adults and one six-year-old and we all enjoyed the resort, pools, the staff and the cleanliness. It helps to know going in that the liquor is local, they do not make Mojitos (I wish!) and there is no Espresso bar. If these are not concerns for you, then this is a fabulous...

We just returned from our second trip to this resort and we can't wait to go back. The nightly entertainment at the Theater is one of the reasons we came back. This group does a wonderful job of entertaining the whole group. Their costumes, singing and their comedy is great. You can't help but get caught up in the fun....

My wife and I stayed at the RDC from December 28th, 2007 to January 4th, 2008. We carefully researched beachside, all-inclusive hotels in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta, and decided on the RDC. We read several dozen reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure we had a feel for what people liked and disliked from the hotel. As a result,...

I do not know where to begin. We went to the Decameron in January 2008 and also in February of 2007. We had a fabulous vacation both times. Maybe it's the vacationer? The resort is absolutely stunning. It is by far the most beautiful resort we have stayed at, and we have been to Mexico 6 times. The grounds are...
