Almost booked here but didn't. Was glad we didn't after we saw the location. It is on the noisy main highway with nothing attractive nearby except possibly a bus stop. We can't say anything bad because we didn't stay here. It might be really nice but the location is not a relaxing one.

The original room they gave me was still dirty from the last residents. But she quickly gave me a new room. The front staff was helpful in calling a taxi for me the next day. This is right on the main highway so it is not quiet. The bed was hard so I was tossing and turning most of the...

In order to save some money to fund the mission trip we stayed at the Cactus Inn. It is a popular place for the locals. The location was easy to find, being on the lateral of the main highway. We had the "bungalow" on the top floor with a kitchen which helped us to save costs. The brand new supermarket is only...

Beds were too hard for a good sleep. Hotel is located beside the main highway and is noisy. Staff speak very limited English but know the word NO quite well. Manager Jackie is very pleasant and helped out when we decided to check out early by refunding 50% of our money paid. It is walking distance to shopping malls

Very basic, but nice stay for one night. Room was a little smelly, but clean and comfortable. Pool was freezing though. We stayed just to enjoy more of Bucerias and the beachfront. Although it was a bit of a walk to the beach, it wasn't strenuous. Nice restaurants nearby also. Had a lovely breakfast just around the corner across from...

TV worked fine but no USA channels.. all mexico. Bathroom shower was very nice... big shower head and ample hot water. BUT, started noticing water on the floor....

No complaints about the cactus inn, great if your just looking for somewhere to stay a night or two but Bucerias itself didnt do too much for us. In retrospect we would have preferred one of the smaller towns on the coast to the north or to stay in the old town of south Puerto Vallarta which is quite charming...

It was clean. Having the fighting roosters checked in beside us was a bit different. A little loud at day break when the rooster were on the deck in their cages. All in all it was good that it was only for a night. Was a great start to a great 10 days thou

Hotel Cactus Inn is comfortable, clean and affordable. The staff is friendly, accommodating and available. They have morning coffee and wifi in the office. The only drawback could be the location, but we easily found our way to Mark's for dinner, and you can walk to town from the hotel.
