Ideal overnight stay. Arrived late, left early. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy although small room. Bathroom adequate although no soap or toiletries. Situated on the main road, although our room was away from the road and quiet.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for your review, we appreciate your feedback and comments No Toiletries is concerning as its not the first comment regarding this .. we put the soap only on the vanity and the shower gel etc in the cupboard so perhaps we need to review where we place them!! We trust your...

This was a last minute stay when the weather turned really nasty. Super friendly staff who had helped me out once before when they were full, so stayed this time. The price is very reasonable, but the unit was a bit of a throwback to the 70s and 80s. There was plenty of space for a kitchenette, but you needed...

I stayed here while exploring the Waitomo caves. I did a black water rafting adventure through the caves, and one of the benefits of this inn is the laundry service. Being able to wash my clothing and swimsuit immediately after being dunked in cave water was a great blessing. The food was FANTASTIC. There is a restaurant attached to the...

We stayed four nights while exploring the Waitomo area. Our room was in the top block, and there were excellent views across the Te Kuiti township and valley. The room faced into the afternoon sun and was very warm towards the end of the day. The room was clean, and all the facilities worked. The cooker was a simple 2...

This property was booked for me by one of my sisters. I looked at the tripadvisor reviews, as everyone should. Previous reviews were quite varied. To those who bagged it - "get a life". If you want five start then stay in Auckland city. This property delivered exactly what they promised. It was clean and bright. The staff were amazing...

This motel is in a great location for views across the surrounding countryside and is in a quiet location. It has a small swimming pool, games room and its own restaurant advertising an 'A la Carte' menu. Our room was well appointed and had all that we needed for a one night stay. WiFi was via an access code with...

When I rang and booked they were most helpful. They were also very cheerful when we checked in, and our room seemed fine. However it was very hot and although they have an air con, it only does heat apparently so was noisy and did nothing and we turned it off. We got locked out of our room, which she...

This is an old motel situated on a major road which means there is considerable traffic noise both night and day. However, the prices charged reflect both the age of the motel, and the traffic concern. Our family stayed over a weekend in several units which were all spotless, adequately equipped, and spacious. Above all was the superb service provided...

Great, old fashioned country town comfort and a wonderfully welcoming team! Our family reunion descended on the Motel, with kids taking over the pool, games room and generally running amok, but there was enough space for them to be unnoticeable. The restaurant supplied a totally delicious meal, and were able to conjure up a cake for the event at only...
