Very disappointed. We arrived on Thursday afternoon to stay in one of the pods which we had booked in advance. Despite making a point of contacting them beforehand to check we could get hot food at the cafe (we were assured it served until 7.30pm), when we arrived at 4.30pm we were told the kitchen was closing and we could have food right then or not at all!!! We had just stopped for coffee and cake 40 mins earlier so we certainly weren't wanting a meal at 4.30!. Dreadful service. We had to drive to the Clachaig for food (Kingshouse weren't serving non-residents) The pod was cosy and relatively clean (although tiny even for 3 in the larger pod), but the toilets and showers were absolutely filthy!!! Won't be returning.

Booked a one night stay whilst walking the WHW. Arrived to find dirty toilets and showers. Tent area is basically top soil on hardcore so no good for tent peg fixing. Got charged twice for booking and still waiting on my refund one year on..left that day when tent collapsed in the wind and headed to kingshouse to repitch and get some rest. Please dont camp here it provides nothing for the WHW walkers with tents.

There's not a lot of options for food once you leave the Glencoe visitor center. We were pretty hungry after seeing a few sights. Stopped in for a quick late lunch of toasties. They were served with a small salad and potato chips. Sriracha on the table and packets of other condiments. Free wifi and plenty of parking (in september). It's uphill from the main road along a one track road. Picturesque cottage off to the side with a few parking spaces if you want a photo.

Just visited cafe Strange . Seemed mostly closed and no one spoke .. coffee machine covered with half a blanket and few people having breakfast -some in pyjamas - but we were totally ignored Perhaps it was someone’s house but it had big viewing windows and cafe tables 🤔 unwelcoming so we left even though desperate for a coffee

Stayed here numerous times and always look forward to it. On my latest visit, the pod wasn't ready due to a repair that was being attended to. No problem. While I waited I was treated to a free meal and a drink. Always friendly and provides me with with all I need every time.

Just spent 2 night here in one of the pods, and I will definitely be back, pod was great, obviously it was basic, but what more do you need for exploring, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the food was great, its always going to be pricey at these places, but they do have to make money, toilets were nice and clean as well. So all these reviews that are negative are total rubbish, if you want a 5 star city hotel. Then go to the city, and to come to the scottish Highlands and complain about midges. Come on people, that's on you for not doing any homework or planning, but to be fair, id have thought it was common sense!!! Not the resorts fault!!!.

My two teenage boys had fantastic fun on the mountain bike trails. We hired bikes and all the equipment for them from Glencoe. The guys in bike centre were really helpful, making sure the boys were properly fitted on the bikes and were confident to set out on the trails and use the chairlift. The lady who sold us the chairlift tickets also very helpful making sure that we could travel up to support the kids through the day. And the guys manning the chairlifts helped the boys on and off with the bikes. Great memories made and two boys campaigning for full suspension bikes and a trip back to Glencoe!!

Tubing with family today was worth stopping for. 4 children and 3 adults and we had an absolute blast. James was patient, friendly and great fun, encouraging us to race down the slope in different ways and joining up to make a giant tubing line. Lots of laughs and squeals of delight. A wee stop at the cafe was good. Cakes were a nice treat and the young lady serving was pleasant and kind. Thanks for a lovely wee stop!

Had a great couple of hours here with the kids. Popped in on the way home from Skye and took the kids tubing. We were met promptly before our session by James who was great from start to finish. Great with the kids and a generally nice guy. The tubing was great fun, would defo recommend. We had lunch afterwards. My wee boy is very fussy and after a recent tooth extraction was extremely fussy. He tried a tuna sandwich but didn’t like it as there was mayonnaise on it, which we knew but thought we’d try. Staff were amazing and made him a fresh ham sandwich free of charge. Place was very clean and everyone really friendly. Can’t fault anything.

Had a fantastic day of downhill riding the staff were all very helpful the tracks were great especially the fast new section at the top of the red. Highly recommend to anyone especially the super helpful guys in charge of the bikes. Also have good showers near the cafe and bike tools to use at the top and bottom of the lifts. Definitely going back soon
