For the town of Vila Nova de Santo Andre this is the a good place, very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms with good lighting, a nice bar and pool area. The smaking area sort of opens up into the rest of the hotel area, so it can smell a bit smokey. My only real complaint was that we were told the restaurant would be open at 7:30 - but when we went there, they had just seated a large group and turned us away saying they didn't have the staff to serve us! Sadly, it was a Sunday, during Covid, almost all of the restaurants in town were closed - so we ate in bar - a microwave pizza. Breakfast was good on the other hand.

excellent service, namely from Solange, who makes the difference, the rest of the staff should learn from her. good commodities. Nice room, good swimming pools. great playground. all that remains is to have a small square with beach sand on the large lawn for the children to play. breakfast to be improved, namely in the offer of a variety of fruits and also a variety of egg preparation. Will repeat soon. Near from badoca safari park and beach’s.

Great hotel to stay if you want to visit the south coast line in Portugal. You can easily get access to different cities in the region and it has all the nice amenities to be comfortable for a few days. The breakfast it is very good. The lounge area and bar are very comfortable bothe outdoor and indoor. The swimming pool area it is very tidy. Just perfect to relax.

Clean rooms and breakfast were highlights in a pretty poor overall experience. Surly staff at reception on arrival, delayed admission to rooms with no apology, chipped pool tiles, dirty windows at front. Use of the pool table requires a six euro per hour rental of the balls!
Two or three star at most charging four star prices. Town has nothing to offer but broader hinterland stunning.

This hotel is not worth the money. It was the worst place we stayed during our three week holiday in Portugal. The food in the buffet was awful, there was a draft coming through the balcony door, making the room freezing at night. The room decor was dated and it wasn’t clean. I don’t understand how this hotel could have 4 stars.

Nice hotel with an outdoor area that must be wonderful in summer time. Since it was raining and dark and the hotel was hosting a large party that night there wasn't much to do. Situated in the outskirts of the village, nothing much nearby either. But the staff was very nice. Despite a hundred guests to attend to they where attentive and took their time with us. We had our bikes in a storage room over night. Breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel is standard but the staff were really friendly. They were very accommodating with my loud toddler.
The restaurant was better than what I expected. All the food we ordered was delicious... Secrets de porco and BBQ shrimp. It came with free kids meal which was equally good quality. They also have us colouring book kit which saved our dinner as it was distraction for the kids.

I liked the hotel in reference, but i stayed in the lower floor (it as only 2 floors) and the view was very poor. The village is very quiet and calm. There aren't many near by restaurants or facilites. The pool had good aspect and size. We went to Badoca Safari Park and was very good. It as a very good parking space and is near the main road to every were. For some quality relaxing time the hotel is just fine.

In a small village, this simple, yet very relaxing hotel was a nice surprise! The breakfast had a wide selection and the swimming pool is a good alternative to the beach. The staff were very nice, dedicated and helpful, specially the bartender who seemed to have plenty experience from other hotels throughout the country. The bedrooms where in an appropriate size and very clean. It definitely doesn't scream luxury, but in an area, where the beach is the principal attraction, who cares?! Will be back, definitely!

This was the second year we stayed in this hotel and we'll probably come back. It's very well located, close to a lot of nice beaches and also the Lagoa de Sto. André, but you'll need a car. The staff is very nice, the restaurant is very good and the overall quality of the hotel is amazing. It's as good as many other five stars hotels. If you're looking for a quiet and family and kids friendly place, this is perfect. The swimming pool is very good. Definitely recommend.
