Good taste and well arranged, lost in the nature between vineyards and oak cork.
Start the day with breakfast served in front of your room, and then go splurge by the pool with a god book. Several beaches within a few miles (Just the flat long sandy beaches type - we preferred that at Lagoa de Santo André). And then dinner at a nearby restaurant (Ti Lena is close bye and has the best picanha in Portugal) or have a bite in the well decorated lounge.
Only thing we did not like is that the prices get adjusted a a function of occupation rate: in our case, this meant a 20% increase in price between the time I started looking and the moment we decided to go. First time I have seen this practice.
Very helpful people.

We arrived at Ponte Pedra for a 6 night visit, we were tired and we immediately felt more relaxed. The owner and whole team are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble from recommending places to visit, supplying extra coffee and amazing breakfast choices. Close to many beautiful beaches and great local restaurants. The whole Country House has a quirky, relaxing, arty feel, and the bar and snacks are perfect! Our room faced the cork trees and had a small patio with a table, chairs and hammock to relax in. Loads of shady and sunny places to sit/lay around the pool and gardens. Will definitely be back!

Had an amazing stay at the Pontre Pedra guest house. It was so calm, relaxing and the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was great and there are lovely nearby beaches to explore too. The pool was great and the stay was very comfortable too. Recommended! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to spend a few days in the summer in connection with nature. It helps slow down the rhythm of everyday life by presenting several corners to enjoy the silence. Comfortable and clean room. Close to quality restaurants and excellent beaches. You have the possibility to use the space/pool even on the day of check-out. I will be back as soon as I can.

Best experience we've had on our honeymoon yet. The staff really care anout what they do and that is obvious from the start. We were welcomed and the local are was explained to us. We were given tips of the best places to eat and what activities we could do - we did the horse riding on the beach which was great. We were even surprised with a bottle of wine and strawberries on our first night to congratulate us on getting married.
After staying 3 nights, it was hard to leave this place. The breakfast is amazing and so fresh, the pool is lovely, the beautiful beach is a short drive, there are loads of great places to eat nearby. We loved that the dog, Farouk, just walks around and is always happy to see guests arrive - he was so well behaved.
We would love to return here some day.

Very nice atmosphere, very calm in the middle of nowhere, but not far away from the Atlantic ocean. Lovingly done with a lot of passion. Staff very pleasant, breakfast rich. I've enjoyed my stay very much.
