This place is amazing, truly like a movie set! The beautiful grounds make the experience so relaxing and the amenities are lovely.
I would caution anyone booking a stay to read details etc. I assumed that we would have access by staying in the hotel. That’s not the case, it was all a bit confusing to be honest. We paid an extra €34 a person for use of the “Wellness Farm”. I am so glad we did! It was the perfect end to our Italy vacation.
We also purchased the lunch for €22. At the desk we were told the launch went until 3:30. We raced down to the lunch area and were told by a rather terse gentleman that it had ended at 3pm. After some coaxing he begrudgingly told us to wait in the veranda and he would bring us what he could from what was left. Well that was plenty! We ate quickly and tidied up so as not to be anymore of a burden!

We needed a transit hotel for one night close to the airport. After reading the bad reviews on all the other recognized branded hotels around the airport, we decided to stay here.

Make no mistake, the hotel and property are beautiful and the room we had was large and comfortable. The staff are somewhat pretentious though. If you wish to use the swimming pool, you have to purchase a day pass to the Spa, for about 33 euros per person, which seems a bit rich. The restaurant is beautiful, with an early departure we only managed a dinner there. However, although the food is reasonable, the prices are rather high for what you are served.

In general, we felt that the resort seemed to ooze a bit of an upmarket sleaze atmosphere, with couples wandering around the resort all day and night in the white bathroom robes. If you were not just overnighting there, this may have looked different (being essentially a wellness centre).

The location is perfect: no more than 5-7 minutes from the airport. Great for an overnight if you have an early morning flight. The physical property is great. Very picturesque. However, it is not a five star resort. Breakfast was very nice but lunch is a feeding frenzy with the day spa-goers on property too. The pools were jammed. The bedroom was fine but towels were ragged and there was no way of stopping the water from the shower from getting all over the bathroom. All in all, it was a decent stay and suited our need to be close to the airport.

We booked this hotel as a finale to a great trip to relax, enjoy the spa and amenities and none of that happened. We unexpectedly arrived late due to a delayed flight and the spa was closed 30 minutes earlier than what was advertised and the front desk happily refused to credit us for the spa package we bought. When we got our room the heat was blasting on high to the point we had to open the balcony and call the front desk for maintenance. After an hour they thought they fixed it but then the A/C kept shutting off automatically every 10 minutes. We ended up having to leave the balcony open which led to mosquitoes coming in the room. The bed was hard an inexcusably uncomfortable for a hotel at this price point. The bathroom was decent but the tub setup was strange and due to the lack of length in the shower head it was nearly impossible for someone to use who wasn't looking to take a bath. All in all it was a lot of money with no value and terrible service. The hotel looked the part from the start but as it ended up the the only bright spot for us was how convenient the location was to the airport and the fact the taxi was on time to take us away.

So my family booked this amazing stay last minute as our return flight was cancelled so we stayed for 1 more amazing day in a Italy.

The place was extraordinary! Such a hidden gem! From the moment we stepped foot onto the property you can clearly see that this place is something special. The resort & spa is situated on a Roman Bath site & each of their many aquatic treatments is geared towards the practices of the Romans. There were so many places/corners to discover there & we simply did not have enough time to enjoy them all.

This was a perfect place to either start your vacation as a detox or end your trip to prepare for an oversees travel.

Included in the room is the use of the spa amenities including a lush robe, locker with key, safe, pool towel & slippers that can be worn around the property while you wait for your room is ready. There is coffee, tea & flavored water typical that is provided at a spa as well as a beautiful buffet lunch, cocktail hour including adult beverages as well as a buffet breakfast included in your stay.

We book 2 rooms for our family of 5 "romantic duplex" were beautiful charming, clean & relaxing. There was a nespresso machine in each of the rooms, a mini frig in the living area with French doors that led to a private patio. The living area has a pullout queen/full bed & upstairs was the master bedroom with desk, king bed & all marble bathroom. The resort featured 2 flat screens & complementary wifi.

We did not have enough time to book any spa treatments but I definite would have if time permitted. The staff was accommodating & helpful.

We will certain be back but vowed to stay more than 1 night.

I wish we had read the reviews of this place before we booked and stayed. The grounds, building and pools are indeed beautiful, but when you scratch the surface, this is not a luxury hotel. I would say that a Best Western would offer more in terms of quality, service and value. The first sign was that you have to pay upfront for any of the spa services, which were a joke. It’s unlikely the masseuse or other spa workers know basic anatomy. My expectations of the spa treatments were low, but the actual delivery was worse than that. The spa workers were kind, but not trained professionals who know what they’re doing. My massage was basically oil application, and my scrub treatment was another lotion application. For close to 200 euros, you’d be better off just throwing money in their koi pond. There are a lot of day trippers here, which makes for a crowded experience. Their website and phone tree talks a lot about checking the validity and use of gift certificates, so very likely, every parent, grandparent and uncle were given a spa gift card to use here, and it feels like it. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Pros:
Location to airport. If you have an extended stay in Italy and need a place to rest before or after you travel, it has great grounds and pools. The spa services are decent and the products (body cream, etc.) are good.
Cons:
Day Passers seem to take up a lot of the reservations which make for crowded locker rooms and rude guests. A lot of people smoking and making out in the pools and the swing chairs. The day pass people in their half-tied bath robes (wrist bands make it obvious) practically knock you over at happy hour and the buffet. We are not big eaters so for us it was amusing to watch. The breakfast buffet is best, lunch is okay (and fairly expensive for what you get) and the dinner menu is limited. The hotel does not communicate with anyone properly. They allow children (we paid for two rooms for a family of 5) but don't let the guests know that children are allowed on the property minus the indoor spa. Many guests complain at the sight of children even if they are quiet and behaved.
We stayed here many times before covd and used to recommend it to friends and family. We will not stay here again nor can we recommend it.

We arrived before our room was ready (and we knew it) we sold sold, at $68 per person access to the spa not knowing (or being told) that if we waited an hour it is free to hotel guests. We were told about the nice happy hour included but you can only attend if adhere to the dress code of plastic spa slippers and white bathrobe (whoever came up is….), there is no bar at the hotel to get a drink and in typical Italian fashion it is $30 to take a taxi one mile to the village. Haven’t seen one of the staff smile once since we have been here. Much better off staying at the airport Hilton. What a disappointment for the last day of our trip.

Not a great experience. Booked for a family across 3 rooms arrived just before 3 to be told there was no food available. Restaurant closed and no room service. Travelling with two permanently hungry teens. So not great. Went to make reservation for dinner to be told nothing available until 9.30pm. Offered to shuttle us to an offsite restaurant which we did. No choice of restaurant and Offsite restaurant was fine. But very very expensive. 250 euro for a pretty basic pasta meal. Breakfast advertised to start at 7.00 am and we had booked a bed and breakfast rate so organised shuttle for 7.30 (hotel has a deal with a shuttle company - but you have to organise yourself ). Went down to breakfast. Again with 2 hungry teens. No breakfast until 7.30 and no explanation so hangry writing this review. Rooms lovely. But no shower in one of the rooms. And aircon in another room not working. So heading to our 16 hour flight a bit disgruntled. Oh and wouldn’t take breakfast off the room rate ?? Didn’t love it.

My sister and I visited QC terme Roma last weekend. We were booked for one night including spa and “aperitivo”. To start, the temperature of the spa wasn’t pleasant at all, walking through the different rooms resulted in us being cold especially once our swimming costumes were wet. The best surprise was to find out that we had to walk in our rob outside for more than 5 minutes in the cold to get to the “aperitivo”. The “aperitivo” was served in a very cold room with no atmosphere at all and no music, in addition we had to stand up cause there were no stools for the tables. The little pizzas served were quite frozen. The relax areas were cold too, especially the one with the horse drawn carriage , impossible to relax in there without freezing. We could not find any drinking water around the Spa which I find really strange considering how important is to be hydrated after jacuzzi or sauna. Even the hotel room was cold and we had to use an extra duvet to get warm. The warmest place was a little terrace by the relax area where a lovely man lighted a fireplace for us that got us super warm and cosy. There was no one monitoring the number of people using the jacuzzi or sauna, and no one actually gave us any instructions on covid rules or restrictions i.e. mandatory mask in sauna or in communal areas. There was no information whatsoever in regards to covid and far too many people were allowed in the pools. Communication was not great during our whole stay. We ended up using the wrong changing room and locker as no one had told us how the lockers actually worked and where the changing room was. There were no clear signs either. None of the toilet in the changing room had a lock, one of the door wasn’t even closing properly. The only positive experience we had was the treatment, thanks to Claudio and Cristiano who made us feel welcome and relaxed, they were very polite and professional, we definitely recommend them. They even gave us a bottle of water at the end. The Check-out took long, as the staff looked apparently busy and did not even bother acknowledging us or apologising for the wait. No need to say we did not stay for lunch and we won’ t be back again.
