This delightful little B&B was our last stop in Italy before our flight from Rome airport. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. The owner (Federicco) was charming and the room was large, comfortable and super clean. He recommended a wonderful pizza restaurant - which I think he said was his also - the food there was fabulous....

All that one really needs for a nights rest in fumicino. Super clean, this just minutes from the airport overnight could not be better. Nice room. good bath. free wifi and of course Federico. Try a meal or pizza in the adjacent sports park just steps away.

This was a very pleasant stay. I was impressed by: How near the location is to FCO airport; Prompt, timely and cheap shuttle service; the staff which was very helpful, friendly and kind; Beautiful villa with flowery garden; Warm and cosy room, bed, lobby and overall atmosphere; And the most important thing in my opinion, it is very clean and...

Our plane arrived past the midnight deadline. Fredrico very graciously came to the airport at 1:30 a.m. to rescue us! The B and B was in a quiet neighborhood and even more lovely than the pictures found on their website. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was above and beyond. Fredrico indeed made our introduction to Rome...

Loved this charming little hotel! Federico is on the ball. The hotel has the most inviting veranda, and charming facilities. The shuttle at 5E each to the airport is unbeatable. Breakfast was more than adequate. Our room was simply furnished, comfy, and the bathroom really big. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Restaurants within walking distance were a little sparse...

Found and visit Villa Rosita nearly a year ago. Go there after reading review from TripAdvisor (thank you contributors...). Its a good place to go for a new comer. Have a pick up service and they also drive you to bus station (the place is near airport, so need some transport to go down town). The room is big enough,...

My son and I stayed here on our way back to the US after a cruise. Federico is a gracious host who was most welcoming. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and we were invited to relax in the sitting area or outside on the porch and given refreshments. Our room was ready early, and was spotless and...

This is a convenient place to spend the night when arriving or departing Fiumicino. The rooms are clean, there is 24 hour coffee/tea service in the lobby, the shuttle service is handy for those who do not have a car. The garden is lovely, as is the covered patio. There is a supermarket a short walk away. The internet did...

Excellent very clean/modern rooms with plenty of space, new furnishings and great service from Frederico! Easy pick-up from airport & quick ride to this very quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed reading/snacking for a quiet afternoon on a well furnished front porch overlooking a pretty garden. Wanting to get some exercise. we walked, along a very busy street, to a great...
