Our stay was not as good as expected, the prices are high and the services offered are poor. The pool was dirty during all our stay and there is no ice machine in a weather of 34º C. The breakfast included is always the same with no variations. All the gardens in the hotel are

The Gardens was private, relaxing and everything we needed at our fingertips. Beautiful rooms, fridges and all the amenities needed. Loved being surrounded by nature. The service was amazing. They are the nicest managers and helped us with everything. Loved the breakfast!

The first impression was that the hotel was not up to the photos in the web page. Having said that the hotel has a nice vibe although it is not, by far, a $250 USD per night hotel. The service is not good, there is no front desk 24 hours which you would expect for a hotel at

Almost all of our rooms have hammocks, only 2 downstairs units don't, and they have a rocking chair, instead. There are also hanging egg chairs around the pool and plenty of nooks to tuck yourself away around the property. Beach is a five minute walk to the end of our street.

How long a walk into town?
There is no town. There is "main" street with some restaurants and shops and is 10 min walking distance.

Hola! We have many gay and lesbian friends who visit and enjoy our place and the area. There's no "scene" for the LGBT community, per se, in the area. We're just a small beach town with little places to eat and lots of activities to keep up with. Much of the population is devoted to water sports, yoga, health and fitness, so folks are just living in the present where anyone's sexuality is a non-issue. We hope this helps and happy planning!
